Experience with room service ruined our stay. Ordered a kids pasta after asking what was in the pasta, told sauce, they left out it was covered in cheese. Ordered a hamburger specifically said, no cheese only tomato sauce. After 45 minutes, got a burger with cheese and some other sauce. Had to walk it down to the restaurant to get what I needed and by the time the third meal came, it was late and the kid was tired. But thanks for making me pay for it, that was awesome.
