overall everything wasn’t bad room was great customer service was terrible at front desk i also had dinner with my parent sunday night i had to wait on a new steak to be cooked while she ate dunno if it’s language barrier or just simply dumb. wasn’t impressed with the service up at level 5 at all overall the other stuff we spoke to were brilliant.

Great stay. Staff are always very welcoming. We love the location of the hotel. Food in restaurant is great. Only issue this stay was the bed- the joining of the two beds was a big dip not comfortable.

Located close to convention centre and South Wharf DFO shopping. A little far to public transport. Room was comfortable and clean. However, there were two fire alarms - one at 10pm and one at 8:30 the next morning. For the one at night, there only seemed to be one or two staff members at the hotel and no one seemed to know how to deal with the situation. One even asked me to try and stop guests from trying to go back up to their room from the lobby, which did not fill me with confidence! They seemed understaffed my whole visit and they seriously need to look at their fire alarm protocols.

It was bad .. it was my birthday that day room was dirty hairs on the floor bathroom tiles was wet fridge wasn’t working and ruined my birthday cake despite informing the receptionist still no one came to check iam a frequent guest but didn’t expected that on my birthday 💔

It was a pleasant check-in, and the reception desk gave us an upgrade, but unsure whether we could see the value in the upgrade as it appeared to be a standard room. Going from the ground to the fifth floor reception was fine, and then from fith floor to our room floor was also ok since security was maintained. To be honest, it felt like a conference hotel, and so fast and transient with little happening within the hotel.
