Greeted by Rumi upon arrival and she acknowledged quickly after verifying our particulars that we are frequent loyal guests. Grateful that we were allowed an early check-in . Will not stay anywhere else every time we visit Melbourne.

Started with checking in when the receptionist did not even have mine rewards card on file when the booking was registered automatically in my All Accor App. I was then told I will be upgraded and was supplied a 15th floor key, no welcome water or anything - food for breakfast was average with the coffee machine not working and. It being attended to even after several quests mentioned it and the bar supplied coffee arrived after the food was done. No means to told more than 150ml water at bedside - and two beds pushed together was uneven - so yes not all that gold. Not all that sure if I will stay their again.
