Disappointed we paid for parking and had to find a park in the public car park and then proceed to walk to the hotel with our luggage. We expected valet parking when we chose parking on our booking. Room was as nice. Little on the small side. Also the fact you get greeted at a desk on ground floor then told to check in on level 5 is weird.

While our hotel offers self-parking at the DFO South Wharf Wilsons Car Park with validated tickets for convenience, we regret that this did not meet your expectations of valet service. Moreover, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the initial welcome you received on the ground floor before proceeding to our reception on level 5. We strive to streamline our check-in process and will take your feedback into account for future improvements. Room was fine however in morning we came down for breakfast everything was either cold or empty, milk in the coffee machine was empty took forever to get someone to fill. Had an appointment so decided to eat the cold scrambled eggs on toast by the way had to put bread through 3 times. So I sat down to eat after a couple bites, I found hairs in my scrambled eggs at that point I couldn’t eat anymore. When I told reception they kindly offered free parking, except I’d already been told day before as a diamond member we were already entitled to this. Extremely dissapointed
