Our accommodation was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated our upgrade. We have stayed with an Accor Hotel for almost six weeks in a row on our recent holiday and the breakfast at all have been truly wonderful. The Pullman Orchard set the same high standards and it was something to look forward to each morning. Congratulations to the kitchen staff for what they presented! The staff overall were pleasant and helpful. We had a 9.00pm flight from Singapore to Melbourne on our last day and being able to have a late checkout was really appreciated. If we visit Singapore again we will make sure we stay with the Orchard Pullman!

We have stayed with an Accor Hotel for almost six weeks in a row on our recent holiday and the breakfast at all have been truly wonderful. The Pullman Orchard set the same high standards and it was something to look forward to each morning. Congratulations to the kitchen staff for what they presented! The staff overall were pleasant and helpful. We had a 9.00pm flight from Singapore to Melbourne on our last day and being able to have a late checkout was really appreciated. If we visit Singapore again we will make sure we stay with the Orchard Pullman!

I stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Singapore for a fabulous 2 weeks. It is located in Orchard Rd right in the shopping district. The hotel was spotless, the staff very polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool and surrounding garden was spotless and the food was delicious.

My stay at Pullman was a birthday gift from my sibling to celebrate my new master's degree, with the goal of just relaxing and strolling around the city center. I was amazed by the hospitality of the front desk and housekeeping teams, as well as the manager who was highly attentive when we met during check-out. The room was clean and comfortable. We are, however, sorry to learn that the quality of the Archive Club food and drinks did not meet the standard you experienced previously. For drinks, we indeed rationalized the spirits selection. However, this remains above the brand standard requirements. We also reviewed the wine selection, as the previous offering was not commercially viable. The intention was therefore not simply to reduce the offer, but to ensure that the selection remains relevant, sustainable and aligned with actual guest demand.
