No complaints other than that I had to put clothes over the lights on the TV and air-conditioning control panel so I could get to sleep, the lights wouldn't go on automatically when I pressed any light switch, the pillows weren't firm enough, and there was no shower cap.

Service from gentleman at the desk was poor, I’m not sure if maybe he wasn’t on Reception, and was helping out. Asked for help from someone in the back office and pushed him aside. No information provided for our stay on check in. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Meal from room service was nice.

Everything was great as usual with the exception of the mattress and the TV. I stayed in room 216 and just want to more that the mattresses on the beds that join to make the king bed are both become hard and are beginning to sag. I had to turn off the TV at the wall because it randomly turned on at 3:53am on the second night and then again in the afternoon, later that day. When this happens, and it has happened on two previous stays in other rooms, the TV displays the Mercure welcome screen with the terrible Mercure jingle. This is a real problem that must be resolved. Everything else was as lovely as usual. The breakfast buffet was even better than usual and I appreciated quality of service that all your staff provide. Thanks very much. Ken D.
