However, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the insufficient water pressure, uncomfortable pillows, and the lack of attentiveness from our housekeeping team. We understand your disappointment and regret that this benefit was not inform during your check in which is digitally available in application. We are equally sorry that your experience with Accor benefits and points across our venues did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We also acknowledge your comments regarding our sustainability messaging. While sustainability remains important to us, we understand that our communication may have felt excessive or caused discomfort, and your feedback will be taken into consideration.
