I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the room was nice, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I only had a short stay as I had an early morning meeting, but I truly enjoyed the time I spent there. A special mention to Mr. Rustam, who assisted me during both check-in and check-out. He was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. Thank you for the warm hospitality! I would definitely consider staying there again.

I had a lovely stay! I booked two rooms as I wanted to have a staycation with my family. It was partly my mistake that I didn’t include a request for connecting or adjacent rooms when making the reservation. However, upon check-in, I found out that the rooms had been assigned on different floors. A big shout-out to Mba Aura from the Reception team, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to arrange adjacent rooms for us. She even offered to upgrade one of my rooms so that we could stay on the same floor. My nephew was especially happy to discover that his upgraded room came with a bathtub! Just one small note for the F&B team: my room did not include breakfast, so I asked the Reception team at Ember on the 16th about using the Heartist discount for breakfast, and I was informed that it was applicable. However, when I had breakfast on the 17th, I was told that it was a blackout date and the discount could not be applied. Perhaps the F&B team could be reminded to clearly communicate the blackout dates and when the discount is not applicable, as I honestly had forgotten that the 17th was a public holiday as well. But overall, I really loved my stay and had a wonderful experience with my family. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable!

I had a lovely stay and enjoyed the benefit of the pool, the washer/dryer in the room and the whole space. I loved the upgrade to the Signature room. I was very disappointed that I was not able to use my Gold Member breakfast vouchers for breakfast and had to pay >300,000rp for a simple breakfast. This, I was told, was because it was a Independence Day. So quite a lot of money found independence from my wallet and Accor grew their dependence on my money.

Its a new experience for my family to stay at apartment like hotel. Room is spacious, amenities & beverages are enormous. Washing machine properly worked, good services on the pillow replacement, the breakfast quite tasty and variety is quite enormous. Gym is also quite proper and accomodating. 3 days of staying is good so i decided to extend my stay 1 day more. Then the problems arise, the pool is quite kid friendly, but the towel got run out on 17 august at 11.30 am. So my kids got cold in our way to go back to our room. More on 17 august, the housekeeping who clean our room, not replacing any vanities and beverages. The cleaning quality is also not as good as the cleaner on 15-16 august. . I just had personal wishes: maybe if the twin beds should got a not too moveable wheels, its really frustating when the bed is moving way around. I stay on many several Accor hotels like pullman, novotel or mercure all around the world and indonesia. I wonder why the welcome drink here cannot be taken away?? Thank you for the complementary food+beverages for 3 days, but i think i am supposed to deserved more? since iam extending my stay 1 day more from 17-18 august? (initially i book for 14-17 august only)
