The water pressure in the shower was poor, I reported it on day 1 and I’m pretty sure someone looked at it but I heard nothing and it was unchanged. I stay regular at your hotel and don’t recall this problem before…

A carpark, across the road from the mall, a room with options of washing machines, full kitchens, friendly staff, helpful. It really is a great and easy place to stay. Restaurant has some great food, also great staff in there. A super comfortable bed. it truly has everything needed for a short/long stay. Will be back

Perfect location , staff were absolutely spot on, escorting us to our room and checking we had all we needed. Room was warm on arrival, and the little extra treats, champagne and chocolates, so appreciated. Toiletries of quality, something that ticks all my boxes. Loved the king size bed with the addition of king size pillows , every little extra thought off. Definetly recommend a stay at Sebel Moonee Ponds , for location and availabilty to places for meals, coffee & even a theatre.

I stayed for 4 nights and from start to finish excellent attention to detail and friendly and efficient staff. Great rooms and highly recommend the attached restaurant. Their pasta ia right up there with the best. Moonee Ponds Station a 4 minute walk.
