I do not remember the name of the staff member; however, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for his exceptional gesture and thoughtful approach towards customer care.
On 23 October 2026, I was not feeling well and requested curd from one of your staff members, who brought it to my table. After I had finished my breakfast, he approached me again and kindly asked whether I was fasting, as I had eaten very little. He also offered to pack something for me to eat during my journey.
I would like to sincerely appreciate this staff member for his exceptional thoughtfulness, kindness, and genuine concern for my well-being. His gesture was truly heartwarming and went beyond the usual expectations of customer service. Although I do not remember his name, I request you to kindly recognise and appreciate him for his outstanding customer service and the care he showed towards me. Such employees truly set an example of excellence in hospitality.

I had called the hotel and advised that I will be arriving on the 10th October at 1:00 am as my flight landed on the 09th October at 11:45 pm , I requested for a swift checkin and neat and clean room , on arrival check in experience was not right the person at the desk made a call in front of me to check which room should be allocated to me
On two occassion missed house keeping/ cleaning the room inspite of leaving a message and keep the bell on to clean the room , small things can be very stressul

I have raised the complaint already. The location was incorreclty pinned on google map. Had to spend 3 hours on the road trying to locate the hotel and that too late in the night. Plus the staff was extremely rude when i shared this issue with them. not going to use this hotel neither i trust the novotel brand anymore. It has been my worst experience.

The stay experience was good, I had a poor experience with the buffet service. 1. I was not told to pay while entering the buffet, which made me believe that I would pay for it during checkout. 2. They called me up when I got back to the room and napping came to collect the payment 2 times. Please understand if someone is staying at the property and haven't checked out why would you hamper their experience by calling them multiple times for petty payments. Me and my wife came to rest up for a while away from our notorious kids and eventually did not get the peace that we wanted.

We have stayed at Novotel for 7 nights as a corporate team, and overall, our stay experience has been pleasant and satisfactory.
We would like to kindly share two minor suggestions for your service improvement.
First, regarding housekeeping service. The cleaning staff often turns the room air conditioner down to 18°C while we are out. When we return to the room, the temperature becomes extremely cold and uncomfortable. We would appreciate it if the housekeeping team could maintain a reasonable room temperature or keep the air cconditioner at the same temperature
Second, regarding the airport transfer service. Our team has five colleagues staying at this hotel for eight nights under a corporate booking arrangement. However, one of our colleagues who booked through a travel agency was not offered the complimentary airport transfer service, while other corporate reservations include this package benefit.
As we are all long-staying corporate guests from the same team, we find this policy discrepancy confusing and inconsistent. Although the issue maybe eventually resolved internally, we hope the hotel can unify the service standard for corporate group bookings to avoid similar confusion for future corporate guests.
