The room was cool and comfotable. The included breakfast was satisfactory. I enjoyed the availability of coffee at an earlier hour than the breakfast's opening time as I am an early riser who enjoys a cup of coffee prior to having breakfast. All these experiences were positive. A somewhat negative experience was related to the hotel shuttle. I was happy to find out about the shuttle service offered by the hotel (given that I had luggage to haul and the weather was extremely hot). However, the shuttle experience was not quite a 10. The driver picking me up from the airport displayed a different cutomer's name on his phone when I exited (he later indicated he was "alternating" the names; despite this, I still did not see my name, so the frequency of alternating the names was not high enough). This caused a delay in reaching my destination (the hotel), by at least 20 minutes, which wan inconvenient, as I had to meet someone (after checkin) at a previously set time, which I could not make due to the delay in airport pickup. I selected an 8 (out of 10) for my stay because of this. The hotel is close enough to the airport for one to walk, had it not been so hot and had I not have luggage to carry. Thus, one mark off for the somewhat inconveninet hotel location (and impossiblity to get there by public transportation given the hotel is located on the opposite side of a divided highway; impossible to figure out where to cross the highway for a person taking public transportation in that are afor the first time), and one mark off for the hotel shuttle driver not displaying my name. I do not exactly understand to this day why another passanger's name was displayed given that, at the end, I was the only passenger riding in the shuttle.

The aircon was not working very well. Luckily enough the outside temp was not too hot yet so I managed to sleep. Apart from this I had mosquitos in the room and before I noticed I was bitten a couple of times.

The blankets were too thick for the season, making it hard to sleep comfortably despite the air conditioning being on. The pillows and the bed were uncomfortable, and I woke up with back and neck pain. This is the only reason I’m not giving a maximum rating. The food was okay, nothing amazing. Other than that, the service and staff attitude were excellent.
