Staff were nice as always. Unfortunately the room wasn’t the greatest. Room 509. Air conditioning hardly worked if at all. Stood in bed and felt no air come through. Mentioned it to reception. One of the plastic window latch was broken, which resulted in window not being fully shut and with extremely windy conditions meant there was a constant whistle and rattle coming through. Also meant all the outside noises, including sirens were quite loud. Doors for the cupboard which contains the fridge and utensils was broken and wouldn’t shut or open sometimes. Shower heads needed a better clean, with mould in some spots around the shower. Clear stains on the cushion on the chair.

Met with a genuine warm welcome at reception and the news that a last minute request for a view of the temple had been accomodated was joyous news! Wonderful spacious room with enough seating options, heat pump providing comfortable warmth, well appointed compact but full kitchen, beautifully prepared bed with clean linen, and an ensuite better than my own! My overnight stay was luxuriously comfortable and much needed after a six hour drive.

Was attending a conference and so most of the time was at the venue. The servicing of the room was bad room 211.First day bin was not emptied. Ironing board not folded and stayed that way till we left. We had failed to fold it and for the rest of the stay it was left unfolded in the room. No attention was given at all to even folding towels, cutlery used was never rearranged but just left as we had used. A pillow was left on the floor after the bed was made right in between the beds. But generally the staff were very friendly and enjoyed the breakfasts.

Excellent service, all staff encountered were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Some traffic noise in the room due to being located close to the motorway but did not interrupt sleep. Room service dinner was prompt and delicious. Buffet breakfast was average, but had enough variety.
