Room was a little quirky with bunk bed. Room felt very small, but was just there for the night before flying the next day. Would not want to spend too much time in the room would feel very clostrophobic

I had great difficulty in attempting to speak with a human being to enquire ahead of making a booking. Two phone messages were not answered and I only received an email reply after emailing directly. I then had to enter into an exchange of email messages in order to get information that would have taken 30 seconds in a phone call.
