Very convenient for Auckland airport and clean but that's it on the positives. The tiniest, cramped rooms - I've slept in bigger tents/caravans. By the time there are 2 people and 2 suitcases in the room, it's almost impossible to move around. For 1 night because of flight schedules, it's OK but I wouldn't stay any longer. A few places close by for breakfast/dinner - don't bother with any food offered by the hotel itself.

I enjoyed my stay but no phone or clock in the room. Room service staff where good and bed was comfortable.

Fantastic stay ! Basic hotel but bed is super comfy and it is clean. A welcome oasis after we landed at 2am. Do note that you have to pay for the shuttle bus to take you there else it is a 15min walk. We chose to walk as we couldn't find the shuttle stop. You are welcome to take the trolleys from the airport to help with the luggage. We had breakfast at Jamaica Blue - just around the corner. Great cafe so would recommend.
