Comfortable but disappointed that not all the light switches worked me the TV channel was limited to 2 stations.

I‘m very angry that I bought two hotel-airport transfer bus tickets on 25th March. I asked a male stuff in front counter that whether I need to go to bus stop to get yellow bus to airport. He said yes and said  I need to walk to bus stop near Mcdonalds. I do like he said today but the bus didnt come!!So I spend more to take uber and the tickets can not be refunded!I ask that staff why tell me that!He say he never said!26th March is raining,we have so much luggage and have no umbrella to walk so far away!It is a very bad experience for my trip!I think your hotel need to make compensation for me because of the staff‘s mistake!

It is also very concerning to hear about the miscommunication regarding the Yellow Bus pickup location and your interaction with our team member. Clear and accurate information at the front desk is essential, and we will be addressing this matter internally to ensure staff provide correct guidance at all times. Regarding the unused tickets, while the Yellow Bus service is operated externally and tickets are normally non‑refundable, we understand that this situation was made worse by the incorrect advice you were given. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further and see what we can do to help.
