Good location with a restaurant downstairs and international terminal a short walk away. Room was very small with the bedside shelf on one side jutting cms over the mattress, bruises on my arm still. Clean and tidy room and friendly staff but for $230 way too dear.

I stay here every time I fly to NZ. It’s such a handy location to the international airport, shops and places to eat. The rooms have everything you need, very comfortable beds and a restaurant next door. The reception staff are lovely helpful and friendly.

The hotel is walking distance from both terminals but also has a bus if preferred. I enjoyed my stay and the convenience the rooms are comfortable and sound proof between rooms but being near elevators meant noise from people arriving and leaving throughout the night.

I know its budget hotel, and being the nearest to airport, i think there’s room for improvement such as my travel adaptor could not plug in at the side of my bed because the wooden shelf was blocking the adaptor to be inserted. There were hardly any space to hang the clothings. Staff handling the counter could be more helpful for guests trying ti get yellow shuttle tickets. Because the payment portion was misleading and confusing and the staff exhibited some frustration and told me off to place my card flatly on the screen.
