Very good hotel for overnight stay when we dropped a family member off at Auckland Airport late at night. Clean & friendly staff. Free car parking for hotel right outside.

A good stay at the Ibis near the International Terminal. The hotel was great, and there were a microwave and toaster in the lobby lounge, along with china and utensils, and a coffee/hot chocolate machine, very nice! The hotel is but a 10 or so minute walk from the terminal, and luggage carts are located outside the door to transport luggage if walking to the terminal, very handy, and saves the cost of a bus ride. And want to thank Jian in the Reception area for being so very, very helpful, made our stay. Thanks Jian!!

There was an accidental double booking for the same couple same date same time and I was not alerted! No refund! No explanation! No reasonable explanation!

Good stay, friendly staff. My wakeup call was 8 minutes late asked for 3.20am and they knocked on my door at 3.28am. I was already up luckily as I set my alarm for 3.15am.
