Stayed here for one night after our flight arrived late in the evening. Small room, but we were only here to sleep before picking up a car in the morning. Does the job, what else do you want an airport hotel for?

Was bumped from another hotel that had overbooked, a room was available late at night and easy check in, comfortable although room a little cramped.

"Hi, just a friendly reminder to include clear directions on how to get to the hotel from the airport when you send over the booking confirmation. It would be great if you could specify the bus route and terminal to take, as New Zealand has 2 terminals and bus routes can be confusing. Same Yellow bus but go to 2 difference route. And on the bus stop sign claim operate during operating hour. And I arrive late got me worry does the bus still operate?
