Our stay was very comfortable but got off to a bad start after being told by a recorded message to catch a yellow bus to the hotel. Having to buy and scan a ticket from a machine whose screen was hard to read with the sun on it was not a pleasant experience. If your website had a simple map of the walking route and told you that you could use an airport trolley it would have been a much more pleasant arrival. We’re approaching 70 and had luggage for 2 months away but found the walk much nicer and took no longer than the bus.
