Accomdation was adequate, but after leaving and reaching my overseas travel destination I received an invoice for a $37 breakfast. Upon checking my visa statement I confirm this had been deducted, along with the standard $100 bond. Neither my wife nor myself had breakfast on the Novotel premesis as we had an early flight and ate at the Air New Zealand business lounge. I emailed Novotel immediately about the discrepency charge, and two days later I have still not had a response. I will be advising all my associates to check for any incorrect charges before checking out to prevent them from also being charged for services not used.

Last day in New Zealand, very pleased to be upgraded to the premium floor. Very comfortable en suite room with excellent sound proofing despite being right next door to the airport. A great night's sleep.
