Only there one night easy to find and very accessible to airport made for relaxing departure from airport to go overseas especially for the older generation or families.Popup restaurant not an enjoyable experience but better than nothing might have been better getting catered food. Staff very supportive and thoughtful.

We came home early because of Covid 19 and cruise being cancelled in Tahiti and you kindly changed our booking at no extra cost. Thank you. Your dining room payments system was chaotic and we paid for our dinner on leaving to find that someone else's had been charged to our room. Sort that dining room out. When staff don't even know where you were seated that is not professional!

Staff pleasant although there was no porter that is usually there to assist with luggage from our car to room. There was also no usual english breakfast tea bags in the drawer. However after remi ding staff of the 30 minute time from my first call then promptly delivered the tea bags. I guess the virus has depleted their staff base.

Evening meal very bad. From ordering a basic meal to arrival one hour. 50% cold but gave up in the end. Staff walking around in a dream. Probably the worst meal ever in a hotel. Not four star standard. Reception faired not much better. Very unhelpful. Overall unacceptable.

Arrived at expected time employee at desk was in training and couldn't find my booking supervisor took over and found the booking but the room wasn't ready. We had a restaurant booking to change for so they assured us it would be ready soon It was but we were sitting there and they didn't tell us. I had to go and ask again. Having said that once we were in the room everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Thank you

Unfortunately major renovations were in progress and consequently bar and restaurants were unsatisfactory. Perhaps a discount should have been offered rather than having to pay full rate. All in all I was not happy with my stay as an expensive room and dining experience was not good.

We stayed at the Novotel after a long 17 hour journey. It is just magic to, literally, be able to walk across the road and be in your hotel. Our room was ready. The beds have crisp white sheets and are so comfy. I had a great nights sleep. Being so close to the airport I worried about the noise, but you couldn't hear a thing....

A satisfactory stay. The renovations being carried out to the bar/restaurant appeared to force a restricted menu. The temporary bar area was only just adequate, with a lack of seating, and stock. The bed was too soft for my liking.
