No curtecy bottle of water. Why $100 deposit guaranree. Very few hotels levy a breakage fee.

Great location (easy walking distance and almost completely covered for rainy days) to the international terminal-cleanliness, friendliness and breakfast absolutely up to standard, great kids playing corner for children to enjoy waits. A few suggestions for reaching standard: 1) hotel completely lacks scales in bedrooms or at least a set of luggage scales parked at reception for borrowing-guests are referred to the check-ins for checking baggage weight before travelling - please provide. 2) no means of depositing mail to be sent at reception-guests are referred to the post boxes in the international departures terminal. Please consider providing this courtesy. 3) dining and bar closed at 10 pm, a wee bit early for international jetlagged passengers, although in room service is provided 24 hours, which is okay. 4) not every jetlagged hotel guest can cope with slightly louder than gentle pop music in the breakfast saloon :-) Would come again and probably recommend, but there again, there is another hotel next door which I would also consider next time.

The room was clean and a good size for a one night stay. The air conditioning blew very cold directly onto the bed making for an uncomfortable night sleeping. I couldn’t find how to change the temperature. During the night the noise of guests moving around was very loud.

This hotel is so convenient when you need to stay overnight in transit. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. It doesn't get better than walking across the road from the international terminal. This is when a chain hotel is great. You get a consistent product in terms of your room and level of amenities. We love the friendly service and dinner in the restaurant downstairs.
