For the price, hotel has a superior hard product - prime location, superb room views of the tower, really comfortable bed, good shower with great water pressure. Lacks in the details it could possibly have filled up to complete the experience. If you are a traveller that expects amenities that are typically provided to be there, such as facial tissues, dental kits, bottled water, or YouTube on TV, please avoid this property. I found out on my own that the only water dispenser is available at the lobby, and that the door is locked after 10pm and will require a keycard for entry. Staff are not motivated to make your stay any bit better despite its shortfalls, zero introduction to any facilities on the property, possibly because there aren’t any - gym was not serviceable during the stay. To add, breakfast offering repeats 99% for all three nights except for one carb item. Might stay again if price is right.
