The staff were friendly and our room comfortable. Not ideal at the only restaurant was a lone star and not open the whole time we were there. Due to slight mobility issues being on a steep hill made it difficult to get out and about for food when restaurant wasn’t open.

Only complaint was the breakfast where we were served "just warm" eggs, poorly cooked bacon and there was only 1 hash brown in the server. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Room 703A shower needs black grout taken out makes it look very unclean . Shower drain needs clean . The antiseptic hand steriliser floor 7 by lift was empty .

This property is located in a difficult to access location. Based on the access additional instructions need to be communicated prior to check in. Upon arrival we advised we are Accor members and were advised advised about our complementary drinks and discount at the restaurant when attending the restaurant and choosing our complementary drinks the list was quite limited, we then sat down for dinner upon paying for dinner we were told we were unable to charge dinner to our room and our food and beverage discount did not apply using the explorer card. Even though we were told by the staff at check in that the discount would apply at the restaurant when attending. How can this be remedied? As gold members at other properties we have been providing complimentary parking but were charged $35 per night. The car park was very tight to manoeuvre requiring a lots turns to get out as was one way in one way out. Our overall stay was disappointing.
