Unfortunately I would not recommend the hotel from my experience. There were a few things that were really disappointing. Arrival - I had to wait on the yellow lines outside to get into the carpark for >5 mins before someone could let me in (reception was unmanned). Gym - was out of order and this was not communicated prior to my stay, the gym for me when I am traveling is essential. Shower - this was broken in both the shower head and the water mixer, putting out extremely hot water, even when right down low on cold. I think this should be looked at from a H&S sense for future customers. My room was 204.

The hotel seems has been recently refurbished and it is nice and inviting.our family room was lovely but too small with no space to open the suitcases. Breakfast was average. I would consider the hotel again when travelling only with cabin luggage, but I’ll have breakfast somewhere else

I booked another Accor Hotel and the booking was transferred. The checkin was a little dramatic with a lack of parking [i ended up parking on the footpath - i hope that is ok AT] before taking up my booked parking space.

Good stay, staff were extremely hospitable. Rooms were a bit pokey and the shower wasn’t the best- went from hot to cold randomly which meant the children couldn’t shower without a parent standing guard.

Modern, good location, clean and good food. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Air cond worked. My room was compact, but it was modestly priced to suit. It was entirely sufficient for a stay of a week. Only down points: gym was not available and there was no prior communication and the Pullman being a 20min walk away is not a suitable substitute. Also, no bottled water in the room on arrival. As I arrived from overseas well after dark, sleep was more of a priority but not wanting to risk the water meant I had nothing to drink until breakfast, and already dehydrated from the airplane.

Hotel was understaffed upon arrival. Whilst manager was excellent in his manner, it was an annoyance our vehicle was too high for car parking and we had to use alternate staff parking. This obviously made him busier with there being a lot of check ins. Had there been a note when booking parking, we would have brought with us our smaller vehicle to save this hassle.

Great location, comfortable bed. However the room wasn’t as clean as I expected, with hairs in the bathroom and marks on the floor that wiped off easily. Also the selector in the shower to choose rain head or standard was broken.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, and the bed was super comfy, room was nice and tidy with a great bathroom, the balcony was a bit of a let down with a terrible view of a dirty old building right opposite and the flooring is hard on the feet, you definitely need to have shoes on. The buffet breakfast was a nice and staff were friendly.

We booked last minute for 2 nights and were really satisfied. The room was perfect, clean with a great modern layout. Bed was massive and comfortable with good pillows. Shower and bathroom pristine. Staff were under the pump when we checked in but were great to deal with. We parked off site as their park was full however it was right next door with good overnight rates. Great location close to a variety of eateries. Would definitely stay again.

Well located and the room was nice. Not the most clean, shower curtain stained and the glasses were not that clean. Took ages to get checked in, and didn't get any instructions on wifi etc
