Parking was not available when we arrived onsite. There was no mention of advanced booking for parking needed. Accor member benefits not accepted at restaurant as restaurant is not affiliated to the hotel. There is no information about this when booking. There is no service water in the room. You have to go to the lobby to access a drinking water dispenser. Staff were polite and very apologetic though.

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Breakfast good, and lovely rooms. Bit of an uphill climb from centre, but worth it.

Like I travel very frequently to Auckland and it's the first time stay in Mercure am also part of accor group but without any notification have to put deposit to stay I've stayed other accor properties in newzealand there is no deposit request at all any properties. And the refunded amount that I deposited was not exactly the same amount I get back maybe something regarding bank so over all good stay nice room apart from the deposit hustle everything is good

An ok stay. The door to the interconnecting room was not locked, we had to contact reception to lock this. We were also missing items- i.e there was only one glass and one mug. When we requested more we were advised there was no additional mugs that could be provided. The staff were very helpful but this room was not worth what we paid. Bathroom was not clean and the shower curtains need replacing.
