Booked for a 2 night stay for the Metallica concert. Had 2 concerts to attend over 2 nights at both the powerstation and eden park. Both were within a walkable distance (I'm in my 50's). Also had breakfast included in the price which was good value and good selection and the staff were really friendly ensuring everything was perfect. Check in and out were a breeze and very helpful staff. The only issue I encountered was no TV remote which was dealt with very quickly and in a perfect manner Good locatiin near the Sky Tower with public transport virtually outside the front door. Even though it is centrally located the rooms were very quiet and I was facing the main road with no noticeable noise. The only issue you might have is that the hotel is located at the top of Queen Street with quite a steep hill to climd so please bear this in mind if you have walking difficulties. Great hotel and highly recommended

The team went above and beyond despite being super busy on a concert day. Absolutely met our needs for the occasion. We were so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the team on reception. Our room was super comfortable with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.

The building is located in a perfect spot in queen street with only a 10/15 minute walk to the train station and a 2 minute walk to a wide range of food outlets. The building itself was amazing, tidy, and always felt secure. The beds were amazing! The views were just as good!! Excellent staff service as well! Always happy to help, and available at the front desk 24/7
