We had a great time staying at Mercure Auckland Queen Street. The hotel was comfortable and well located, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Having Lone Star right next door was super convenient and made dining effortless. Overall, a really enjoyable and easy stay – we’d happily come back.

The location was good, there was a small park on the other side of the road, many places to have lunch or dinner, the breakfast is fine. The reception explained well to customers question. the only thing was the bed was too soft to me.

Stayed here as our children were living in an apartment close by. Its about a 15min walk downhill to the viaduct and waterfront. Only issue we encountered was it was quite noisy one night with people drinking and meeting in their rooms as its quite close to K road. Management very helpful and second night was fine.
