Don’t let the lobby put you off, first impressions are not great, however the room was nice clean and the bed very comfortable, the staff are very helpful and friendly so overall our stay was very comfortable.

Prices were excessive due to time of year. Unfortunatley there are better places to stay. Room was hot due to curtains being open and aircon not on when I arrived. The aircon is over the door and no direct flow into the sleeping area. So hot nights sleep. As a Diamond member with accor there is normally extras left in the room. Only a bottle of water that barely fits in the time refridgerator that doesn't cool so don't keep food in there. No freezer. No bathroom amenitied ie shower cap, sanitary bags. Room Service didn't service the room even though I told them I was going out so I had to call reception to get clean towels. The staff were nice at reception. Needless to say I won't be coming back. If it's hot in the room in summer then it will be freezing in winter.

The room was great and so was service and location. However the room we had every so often there would be a loud bang / noise from something outside like a aircon unit or something. It was loud enough to wake us during the night several times. There was also no coffee sachets in the room.
