Small rooms but clean and tidy, perfect for what we needed for the night. Didn’t receive an upgrade or acknowledge even though I’m a Gold member. Once mentioned parking was offered free of charged. Thank you

More training needed with front desk staff, particularly as a platinum member. Not overly welcoming, wanted to take photo ID ?? No small welcome back card in the room which is usual for Accor. Breakfast too late for business hours at 7am - needs to be 6.30am. Air conditioning in room was ineffective and bathroom hot as not enough ventilation.
