The beds were very comfortable, the room was excellent. It was a little hard to get to housekeeping, no one answered. Also the bar could be opened a little longer. And food selections could be more choices. Laundry was very dated and could use 2 washers and 2dryers, perhaps stackable. Overall great stay, we stayed 10 days.

Location and rooms are great for what we wanted but on the last two occasions we have stayed the food has not been great. As there are no good restaurants nearby in walking distance it does make poor food a major drawback for this hotel - for us anyway.

The Ironing board was broken, I had to ask twice to get fixed. Crack in basin paint - health hazard. Dinner in restaurant was the most awful burger ever, the patty was a lump of dry meat, no mushrooms as on menu - Macdonalds make a better effort. Glass of wine never came with meal, I asked 3 times. Staff were friendly, but the restaurant was a let down, as was reception.

Stayed for 8 nights bed and breakfast in a family room (2 double beds). Great breakfast options, clean room, good facilities. Where there could be improvement: 1) Only 6 hangers in the wardrobe. If 4 people had been staying in room, this would have been way too few. 2) The USB charging point did not work. Most modern business hotels would have several USB points, not just 1, which did not work
