Stay was excellent as alway, all staff went out of there way to may the stay enjoyable. The only issue I have is that the majority of my stays since achieving gold status (now platinum) never have a welcome amenity.

Parking is an issue and does need to be address. Considering any person not only platinum members to be able to book parking for their stay.

Wrong room , people in room no parking open to public, dirty bed linen photo available. Breakfast waste of time no orange , pineapple juice two types of water only , no bread dirty grill black gritt on fried egg and omelette. Missing cutlery ran out of bowls and cups

We are very concerned to hear about the room allocation error and the presence of other people in the room, as well as the lack of parking control. These matters have been escalated to management to ensure stricter procedures are followed. We also regret the condition of the bed linen and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Housekeeping procedures are being reviewed to prevent this from happening again. Regarding breakfast, we apologise for the limited selection, cleanliness concerns, and missing items. This feedback has been shared with our kitchen and service teams, and corrective actions are being taken to improve hygiene, stock management, and overall quality. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we must improve. I stay a few times during the year, check in with Julie was easy, she also gave me some good transport hints. Ate in the restaurant and had a drink at the bar, both pleasant however had a couple of minor issues
