As a platinum member I guess I have become used to a very good level of service and consideration, no consideration given on check in for the customary upgrade, no gift or water in the room, no coffee facilities, I bought this to the attention of more than one receptionist but not rectified, promised a coffee machine but didn’t deliver

We are gold members and celebrating birthday, we were treated really well in other Novotel hotel’s but here even a shower cap was not available and on asking receptionist told us its at the reception, we kindly have to request them if they can provide us.
