Stay was overall comfortable, it's just the parking that's stressful. Having to gamble coming back seeking parking availability is not ideal.

I stay a couple of nights a week every week. I have an EV and because of the inadequate parking there is a petrol car in the only EV charging space. It’s very frustrating. There is a sign but higher profile signage and/or a service fine for inappropriate use.

The Novotel Auckland Ellerslie was a great place to stay and provided exactly what I needed after a long three days at the Armageddon Expo. Even though it was clean and comfortable enough, I do think that the hotel needs a freshen up, especially the carpeting, bathrooms and electrical work. (At least in my room #2019). The staff were amazing and friendly. And the location is the correct distance to the showgrounds, the supermarket and McDonalds. Also, it is a prime location to get an Uber to your destination because every Uber arrived within 5 minutes. If 'The Rookie' cast is back next year in Auckland for Armageddon, you better believe that I will be back.
