As platinum member of accord this is the first time to remind the staff at the counter that there is no welcome fruit platter or sweet platter or even welcome as a preferred member. I did raised my disappointment but it seems it goes to deaf ears.

Booked about an hour out from turning up. No Platinum Upgrade (they were still showing as available), had to chase up about welcome amenity, and then they charged me for Breakfast (which i mentioned on Check-out i was Platinum so should of been free breakfast). Obviously there is something missing from their systems that do NOT show the customers Status??
