Grace, warmth and eloquence from the moment you walk into the hotel. The Tainui legacy for many more years to come. Bed was amazing, best sleep I’ve had in years. Cannot fault this beautiful hotel. I felt that T. Arikinui had invited us to sleep over. Nga mihi nui Just beautiful

The price is astronomical without any facilities that would make this hotel be my first option near the airport. Limited selection for free amenities. Took an hour for amenities to arrive so I couldn't go up to the bar or restaurant straight away...

Either the app had messed up our booking, or I did (more likely), and we were booked a day earlier than we should have, but the helpful reception staff and manager sorted it over the phone. Then on the way up our son told us he was flying up that afternoon, rather than the next day. So when we arrived another room was added to the booking, near ours. No problems, everything done with a smile and a welcome.
