I stayed at the Pullman as I had an early flight to catch. Pleasant staff, good facilities, restaurant was great, room was clean and bed was comfy. I don't have anything negative to say. Would definitely stay there again. Cheers

Excellent facilities for someone with a disability. Good bathroom with only a minor issue. Why do architects forget doorways with 800mm between the jambs have less than 800mm clear width when the door is fitted. In this case it limited the space to 700mm.

Great Location, great staff, but lack of freezer for guests

We are very happy with the room, the staff are very helpful and friend. The location is also great right next to Auckland international airport terminal. However, they don’t have a facility for freezing. We couldn’t have our express breastmilk store in the freezer which really disappointed for a 5 stars hotel.
