Rooms are very comfortable and amazingly quiet despite being at the airport. Great views from the top floor bar, with friendly staff and lovely food.

Rooms and hotel as such were perfect. We were offered the upgrade at the Novotel reception. Alkthough we were tired if the travel, we did it. The whole procedure of checking in was very friendly but the procedure ildid not yet work good. For instance we had booked a room with 2 rooms. They could'nt find that and that took some time. Also we had paid for the room when booking a couple of months ago but also that was difficult . It was solved friendly. I guess it was because the hotel just started plus the fact that many guests where send through from the Novotel. So I would say :...startup problems. For thecrest it is a great place with great potential

Pullman Auckland Airport Absolutely outstanding stay!! Family room configuration of 2 X Queen beds Welcome gift welcome drinks (we arrived late - everything was closed, but they honoured via room service! At midnight!) So convenient when arriving late, walk 2 min from airport Stylish rooms, new building Views of the airport - love it! Breakfast was delicious, high quality, excellent range, barista coffee was included due to status. Level 9 with a great view of planes taking off and landing. Bathroom also with a view. There’s a lounge however we didn’t get to visit during canapé and drink time - from 5pm? All staff were professional and friendly This hotel really sets the standard high!!! Definitely would return, I will need to work on another reason to arrive late into Auckland and or leave early

Unclean room

I would never stay at this hotel again. After traveling for an entire day and arriving at 10pm with our three small tired children, all we wanted was a shower and to go to bed. Checkin was slow and when we finally got to our rooms it was only to discover they had not been cleaned since the prior guest! The bed was unmade, bathroom dirty with towels on the floor, trash in the room. I feel this is pretty basic hotel 101 service to ensure guests have clean rooms. After 3 back and forth phone calls to reception we were eventually moved to a new room but certainly not the stay we envisioned given the price tag.
