This is our 3rd visit and each time the quality of food and service improves. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bathroom was separate from the toilet. Although the hotel overlooks the the airport we were unaware of any flight movements which resulted in a really good night’s sleep in preparation of our flight the following morning. We were both very pleased with the staff at reception and Te Kaahu restaurant and easy to converse with. A really good night.

Although only a short stay and a arriving after midnight the staff were very friendly and attentive and accomoation lovely!

We enjoyed a very comfortable sray at the Pullman Auckland airport. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows comfortanle and the bathroom well set out and equipped. Our dinner in the restaurant and the service we recieved there was great. The only down side : we realised after leaving that we had been charged for our so called "free welcome drinks". I must admit this did slightly sour the experience which was otherwise very good.
