On arrival, staff at the All Accor member desk and their manager were too busy to assist, so we were checked in elsewhere. It was then noted that our Gold member room upgrade had not been applied, despite our booking being in place before the hotel filled due to flight cancellations. For dinner, we were told to request our restaurant discount ourselves as the restaurant often fails to apply it. While the room was brilliant for airport noise, corridor noise was disruptive. When we attempted to dine, we were turned away due to the restaurant being fully booked, despite having not been advised to reserve during check-in. Given our member status and the situation, it would have been reasonable to proactively offer to book dinner for us during check-in. Instead we had to search off site in an airport area with limited options for food to get us through - will no help from your staff. Separately, later in the night my daughter was cold so I rang down for an extra blanket to be delivered. It was never delivered Not your finest moment Pullman Auckland International Airport!

The room I paid for was not in the system and had to sleep in the car despite having the reference number and the payment details. The worst experience ever . I have called several time and nobody has bothered to respond or refund

Upon review, we noted that the person attempting to check in was under a different name and was unable to provide the required ID and booking reference at the time of check-in. Our team offered assistance with a room; however, this was declined. We would like to clarify that ALL membership benefits are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or used to book stays for others under your membership. We encourage all members to book under their own name when they are staying in the room. If someone else is staying, the member’s name should not be used to avoid any issues at check-in and to ensure your guests enjoy a smooth experience at our hotels or any other Accor property. In most cases, hotels may decline check-in if guests are unable to present their own membership details.
