I had an early morning flight so chose Pullman for one night. I wish it had been longer! Arrival - great. Concierge was really helpful helping me out of the car and then sending my bags to my room for me. Check in - staff were friendly. I had booked a room with a bath but unfortunately they didn’t have one available. Room - loved the bed and the pillows. Nespresso coffee machine was great and the milk in the fridge. Nice towels and fluffy bath robes. Superior room was a little smaller than I expected but still had everything I needed. Very quiet considering location Check out nice and quick.

So Convenient and Quiet

A great place to stay if not wanting to spend $100 or more getting into Auckland for an overnight stay. Literally a 4 minute walk from the International Terminal it is so convenient. And the rooms are very quiet. Which is important. The restaurant was below par. Expensive and slow. The food was good however. Why try to put on a top of the range restaurant for an overnight stay? The restaurant manager was very bossy and even though the place was half full we had to sit where he decided. Oh well. The hotel staff were great in contrast. But we would definitely return. Nice place

We had a fantastic stay at the Pullman after our flight was cancelled due to bad weather and we were unexpectedly in Auckland for 2 nights. The hotel is beautiful, well appointed and thoughtfully set up for travellers. Our room easily accommodated 3 children. Service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The only area we would note for improvement is to provide a more varied vegetarian offering on the restaurant menu, for both adults and kids. It was easy to travel into Auckland for the day from the hotel and we also walked across to Butterfly Creek for adventure golf.
