Woken by a high pitched piercing, intolerable noise in our room 527, around 0130 hours, it sounded like it was coming from bathroom. Phoned reception twice they said on both occasions they would come up immediately, this didn’t happen. Noise stopped after an hour, just as I was about to head down to reception. The noise made sleep difficult for rest of night as we had ringing in our ears. No acknowledgement on checking out was made by reception therefore we mentioned it the receptionist apologised and said she’d delete our beverage bill which was an interesting response and didn’t compensate for poor service and lack of sleep. Breakfast and snack menu were excellent and tasty and the service in dining room was of a very high standard. We stayed the night of the 29 December as our flights were disrupted and the Pullman has previously delivered better than this.

The leaking toilet in the room which caused the activation of the inlet valve every five or so minutes kept us up most of the night. Very disappointing experience for a quality property

It was fine except for checking.in A note just for the management, and not for publication, but it’s kind of weird when you arrive, with only one person at the reception desk with a customer requiring a lot of attention, and a queue building up behind her. Then after What seems a lengthy wait, somebody else comes out to point out the self serve Check in terminals. These are not immediately obvious if you’re standing in a queue. Suggest that you reorient them so that people realise straight away how to check in. It’s quite annoying when you’ve just come off a 24 hour journey from Europe.
