Dear team, I was charged for minibar consumption for my stay between Dec 6-7. We have not consumed any minibar and would like to clarify. Have raised the query to the team addressing to Jasmine who provided the bill on Dec 10 with no further follow up so far. Please kindly advise.

From check in to late check out and everything in between - a wonderful stay. Personalized hand written welcome message with a complimentary chocolate treat was a lovely touch. Staff went out of their way to smile and say hello at every opportunity.

The upgrade from the Novotel to the Pullman was great! The room is huge and well furnished and quiet from external noise. Internally, however, we could hear the next door neighbours closing of doors. One thing that made me panic was that I didn't know there was a master switch with the lights. I went to use the toilet early in the morning, and could not get the lights to work! It's a good thing my hubby woke up and told me about the switch - just in time! The dinner at the Te Kaahu was exceptional, only negative was the head waitress implied that my husband's choice of dessert was more of a feminine choice (the cheesecake). I didn't know cheesecake was targeted to a gender! Buffet breakfast was excellent and we got to use the welcome drink for the coffees. Service was excellent from concierge, check-in and out.
