Your hotel is well located, a beautiful building and pleasant staff. I was somewhat disappointed however with certain aspects of my stay. Firstly, as soon as I walked into the building I noticed how highly perfumed it was. This may appeal to many but for those of us who have a sensitivity/allergy to perfume, it was not pleasant and extended into the bedrooms. Also, the building and presumably the rooms are meant to be soundproof. I was woken frequently early morning with many sounds outside in the corridor area,including bottles rattling. What kept me awake mostly tho was the bedroom fridge. There is obviously a problem as it kept working all night. I have had these fridges myself and often need replacing when this happens. I did make mention of my concern at the desk on leaving. Room 204. For the reasons given, I wasn’t totally happy with my stay and will maybe consider another hotel for my reasonably frequent trips away.

Check in less than satisfactory. I arrived at 1.30am having been traveling for most of the day. I had to do a self -check-in with a hotel employee standing next to me. Lighting was subdued, I am visually impaired and a senior citizen, and was very tired. I could have done without that stress.
