Overall average experience on a variety of factors below which made it unsatisfactory: Mixed messages when I asked staff how to connect with a code. Was eventually told to use my email address without advising me if there was a security risk of sharing that or the probability of being spammed by Accor or the "3rd party" that supplied the service. It's YOUR branding on the portal page, so take some responsibility for the quality of service. The service kept dropping even after signing on, again poor to average. I reported to reception that the desk lamp in my room needing replacing. I was told being a long weekend that maintenance was not going to get to my room over to have that looked at. Poor, especially when taking my room payment on arrival since that was not going to be on holiday. I kept my end of the bargain, yet you didn't take due care on preparing/checking the room when it was serviced before my arrival. While the breakfast offering was vast, none of the hot food was actually hot. Lukewarm at best. Even the espresso coffee from the machine was cold! I resorted to paying for a barista coffee, which was surprisingly hot but served a regular flat white instead of the ordered large flat white. When I offered to pay for it on my exit from the restaurant (after checking with staff the cost given the order was wrong), I was told the charge should be paid for at reception on check out. Colour me surprised when I offered to pay again on check out where I was told the charge wasn't applied to my room. The upside of that was my checkout experience was the only part of my experience that wasn't flawed.

Certain things had wear and tear to them, and the power cables are old, meaning things can short-circuit. This is dangerous for people who have expensive equipment. But overall a good experience, staff are friendly and the room is comfy and clean.
