We normally stay in the the Novotel, but there were no rooms available. We felt like second class citizens, despite the substantial room rate. We were unable to be seated in the restaurant Saturday night, as it was fully booked, but empty from 8.00 onwards. Sunday evening we managed to get in to the restaurant. They managed to reverse our meals, not ideal. Why was the TV restricted to 5 channels ??
