Lift button not working - or sticky. Parking was challenging despite a small car! Parking spaces too small for modern cars and insufficient spaces. Thanks for the treats. I appreciated those.

Made a late booking. Paid in advance. Was not told it was non-refundable. Ended up up not needing the room and the hotel refused to refund even part of the tariff paid.

Put my daughter’s room close to mine, upgraded hers - great!! Room was very good, clean and tidy, bed v comfortable, shower excellent. Breakfast food was only lukewarm, but good variety. Carparking was terrible - puts us off staying there Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
