These tiny rooms need updating, bathroom is in a ‘pod’ that offers little room to move around or put any cosmetic bags anywhere. Very few plugs for appliances. No place for suitcases, Very basic catering - 3 Tea-bags and awful UHT milk. Rooms were not serviced properly - towels and shower mats not replaced and mugs not cleaned. - Do no t stay here

There wasn't a hairdryer in my room so housekeeping brought one up for me which was lovely. Food from the restaurant was delivered fast and was delicious (chicken burger). The pillow was too high for me so next time I'll ask in my booking notes if I can get a lower pillow as I struggled to get a decent sleep in the 2 nights I was there. I loved the gym was great it's 24 hour access so I could get in early before work. Shower pressure is lovely and the room was tidy and warm.

I was in room 1071 Ibis in Ellerslie and the man-hole cover in the bathroom falls down with the vacuum effect when the bathroom door is opened.
