We were treated very respectfully and kindly throughout our stay at this hotel. We had a large gathering from around the world for a special convention and could not have been more pleased with the hotel. Breakfast was an amazing smorgasbord. Rooms are a bit small, with no dresser and few hangers but otherwise clean and comfortable. Beds work amazingly comfortable.

I was there attending a convention at Eden Park my first time in New Zealand and I must say this hotel truly contribute to my enjoyable trip. Even though they were dealing with a high volume of delegates they remained professional efficient and did their job with a smile the rooms were clean and well maintained They went out of their way to accommodate us. I have nothing but praise for this establishment and wish it continued success thank you so much for hosting us we had an amazing time.

I recommend staying at this hotel. They were always kind and accommodating, even when they were overwhelmed with 2 full hotels and hundreds of guests to care for. The the food was exceptional!
