The room was not prepared as expected. The housekeeping standards were very poor. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were dirty, the curtains were stained, and the carpet required shampooing. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and the floor tiles need deep scrubbing, as they produce an unpleasant odor when water spills on them. On the last night of my stay, I also found insects in the room. All of these issues were reported to the persons in charge in the hotel and the housekeeping team, along with supporting photographs. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay and did not meet the expected standards of cleanliness or comfort.

This is my fifth time coming to hotel , but it was my worst experience when it comes to food. Breakfast was really bad. And towers were old. The hotel is not the same as it was a year before I was disappointed.

First disapointed even if i confirmed my arrival time when i reached the hotel in taxi nobody welcomed me.. not even opened the dorr to help with my luggage they were unaware of my arrival. I came for shopping purpose and upon arrivalmthat they inform the hotel has no concierge I had to carry all my bags , luggage by myself up to 3rd floor not considering im a woman and im travelling alone. But too far from metro stop for me.. 10 mins walk. Breakfast not included in the stay its extra cost I paid for only one day breakfast and it was no too tasty. The room was up to standard , not much issue with the room very comfortable, clean and nice.

this hotel was exactly what i was looking for, it was very close to the gold souq and many shops and restaurants around. the hotel was clean and smelled good, there is a rooftop pool that is very relaxing, the gym is clean. I will definitely be booking again when i come back to dubai.
