Being my first time, I can say the hotel room is entirely no downsides.. elegant and service staff is polite and fast for attending request. Only in Reception - the lady staff in charge, immediately asking how long will I stay, and continued by saying ....because we have lots of guests tomorrow. For me this is not proper, a statement that immediately implies there's no chance of extension request whatsoever. Every Client is important, you make them feel they are most welcome by at least saying something wonderful about the hotel and you are at service anytime, not limiting them or being compromised and thanking for choosing your hotel.

My stays was not recorded fo nights. I know I used points that would affect my right to collect points for this stay, however, the nights should be counted. Also, when I arrived the hotel, the staff wasn’t aware that I needed to check in early which I confirmed with the hotel in advance via email. And my upgraded room wasn’t prepared which she intended to give me a room without view, and she wanted to say there’s no other room with twin beds available at the moment. But after I said I can stay in a family room, the premium room suddenly became available. I contacted them one month in advance to confirm my wishes to make this trip memorable, just to go back and forth with the hotel staff. And there’s no welcome amenities for gold members…

Mercure stay was pleasant and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the property is very well maintained. The major concern is the buffet breakfast. Being such an amazing hotel, the buffet spoils the entire experience. The buffet spread has the same menu every single day. Many of the customers who were staying for a longer duration complained but the staff didn't pay any attention and repeated the same story the next day. How come you cannot offer a better variety? Please improvise. In my case as well, I had made special requests for food during the buffet but unfortunately the chef wasn't informed by the reception. Even though the chef was considerate and prepared something for me quickly, how would someone miss details even after I had sent an email and I had received confirmation. Overall, a very good experience minus food though.

My overall stay at hotel was amazing. The location was close to MRT. They served delicious breakfast but would recommend they provide more options. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. My room was cleaned everyday. However, throughout my stay I did not receive any hotel slippers or bathrobes. I had a great time.

Overallstay was comfortable, however amenities were missing daily.Had to call for comb, dental kit, shaving kit and sanitary bag.Secondly room was near the construction site so it was difficult to sleep post 7am due to noise.
