I was grateful that the staff assisted me with an early check-in, which I appreciated after my journey. However, upgrading to a supreme room turned out to be a mistake. Most evenings, people were sitting on the balcony making considerable noise. In addition, the metal doors slam loudly throughout the night, and I could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms. For a brand-new hotel, the soundproofing is very poor and quite disappointing. Also, there was no tea or coffee in the room, so I did check the website again and it was not advertised but I do find this very strange for a hotel not to offer tea and coffee other ibis hotel do offer tea and coffee in the room. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my stay. The TV did not work, and the ventilation system only produced heat, meaning I had to keep the door open on some evenings to stay comfortable. I used the bar on a couple of occasions and found it to be extremely expensive, especially given the portion sizes. It appears they had run out of the standard larger glasses, but this was not communicated to me. Instead, I was served smaller glasses at the same price, resulting in a very expensive drink for what I received. I feel the staff should have made this clear beforehand. Thank you to the final member of staff who had served me a beer to the appropriate size to the price, I paid using 2 glasses. I also raised a complaint about the noise via email, but this was ignored by the hotel, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, due to these issues, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, nor would I return when I visit Georgia again in the coming months. I expected a much higher standard from the Accor group.

Several notes on this site I advise, not to experiment in this place for all members breakfast is not good. Location, uncomfortable. Every night, there is a private party inside the venue making sleep difficult and noises

Also we are offering Ala carte breakfast with choice of omelet, benedicts eggs, French toasts, salmon wrap. As for the noise from the restaurant, I would like to extend my apologies for that, however, the noise was until 23:00. What was supposed to be a 5-day stay turned into an amazing 16-day experience! The place is beautiful, very comfortable, and truly pet-friendly, which made our stay even more special. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always going the extra mile to make everything easy and enjoyable for us. A big thank you to the talented chefs, Tamara and Khatuna, for the delicious food. We also want to appreciate the fantastic F&B team—especially Victoria, Olik, and Alex—who were always friendly, attentive, and made us feel at home. Upon arrival I had to wait on desk a bit long while no one appeared, I noticed in back office open door staff were hanging out in phones, one girl noticed me and she came out immediately , once I expressed dissatisfaction she advised me there is phone number on entrance door and this case when no one is on desk I had to call on this number, on which I replied it doesn't sound so flexible and helpful. She expressed empathy that I was on rush to check in and sleepless, offered me bottle of water, in a short time enrolled me in Accor system for guests. Staff are helpful however I felt there is lack of management on service overall, Didn't noticed any manager on duty around. Rooms are well enough equipped, water pressure is low, carpets has stains.

Not satisfied with the stay. The AC was only heating the room and there was no option to cool it. Even the window could not be opened properly, which made the room extremely hot. It became so uncomfortable that we had to sit outside for some time, and we were unable to sleep properly through the night. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience.

The stay was very comfortable, the hotel very conveniently located. The room was good, light, comfortable bed - but there was a slight smell in the bathroom. My lower rating is primarily due to breakfast being somewhat disappointing - given that I paid extra to have it. I would have liked there to be shotis puri and a more varied selection of hot breakfast options.

Great stay, modern and convenient I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Stadium. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-organized.
