Could smell cigarette smoke from one of adjoining bedrooms reported this to reception and to my shock horror I was informed that I am on a smoking floor. Something I had not requested being a non smoker. A change of room was offered which sadly did not happen. So I checked two days early at which point everyone was falling over themselves to get me to stay but I had already booked elsewhere. Was given very poor reasons for why the room change did not take place.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, there was no valet staff available to assist us. After waiting for a short period, one of the staff members instructed me to drive up to the upper parking area. Since it was my first time visiting the hotel, I had great difficulty finding a parking space and navigating the parking facility. As a result, I spent more than 40 minutes trying to find a solution before I was finally able to park my car.
