Small issue when booking in but resolved quickly. Enjoy staying at Novotel West Quay, handy for cruise ships and Southampton town centre.

the hotel was good, service was OK. You check in is too late but the worst was you allowed a party to keep us awake until midnight. Please decide oif you are a hotel or psarty venue. We were on sercond floor but the party was below us.Why doid I pay so much if you make guests second place customers?

Hotel good, but had a bar meal 2 fish and chips £40 and it wasn't good at all, the fish was dry and rock hard wouldn't recommend eating from the bar menu

As we were booked on a 14 day cruise we found the Novotel perfectly placed for access to the ship. We were only staying for the one night before our Cruise. The room was suitable for our needs, though a little basic. However, we felt the charge of £18 pp for breakfast was a little excessive. So we found somewhere else nearby at a more reasonable cost.
