The hotel is well located if you're planning to take the cruise. The staff was nice, but that's about it. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, and the executive room was too small for a family of four. Although we had requested a baby cot at the time of booking, it was not in the room when we arrived. The room service was supposed to work via WhatsApp, but after 40min waiting I went to check from the reception when they would bring our food, I was told that nobody was monitoring the WhatsApp; great welcoming after >12h travels.

Recently stayed for 1 night Always stay here before a cruise,lovely to chill after a long journey.Cant review the food as don’t use.The location is great for the cruise docks and shopping. Bad points Uncomfy sofabed for my 18 year old daughter,but for 1 night you can cope.She didn’t get much sleep though Stayed in the superior room,husband tried to have a shower and the pipe to the shower nozzle fell off and soaked the floor.I used the bath but couldn’t get the bath tap to work so had to fill with the shower head.Did report to reception and the lady was very professional and we were offered breakfast but we declined.
