Stayed here to go to peppa pig world with my two children and felt very safe considering it was just us three, staff were very polite and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast and pool. So close to the train station which was a massive bonus for us and you can see the cruise ships out the window. Also very close to McDonalds and tgi Fridays!

The room was very clean , the bed was super comfy but the hot was a little hot throughout, happy that there was a fan provided. The staff are friendly and Chin who served me at dinner was lovely and very attentive. I am here on a business trip but would come back at my own leisure and use more of the facilities as they look great.

Stayed here as part of the Peppa Pig world short breaks with my two daughters, the breakfast was lovely, kids thoroughly enjoyed as they had a pancake machine and a Nutella machine! Lovely breakfast, tasty and well cooked, huge variety to choose from. Coffees lovely. Pool was warmer than most of the kids pools I've been to which is a plus, reception gives you towels each time you visit the pool so no need to take your own, and there is a very large disabled toilet and shower which we used to change in after swimming. We had a room at the back, could hear traffic but wasn't disturbed by it. Lovely friendly staff. Shopping centre and food places nearby within walking distance, not far from peppa land. Was a lovely stay. Would stay again.

I am expecting better quality when staying in Novotel. Upgraded room no glasses in room. I had to use a coffee cup after brushing my theeth. Very poor breakfast. I could not pre authorise my credit card. I had to pay in advance.
