We stayed for 3 nights, with 3 small dogs it was lovely rooms a basic but have everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a great variety for everyone. The staff were great! pleasant and very friendly 😊 and were always available. We had evening food there and it was very good and very well priced highly recommend this hotel.

Very happy with our overnight staff were very helpful indeed quick efficient check in a..very happy with our room best nights sleep at any hotel we have stayed in the beds were so comfortable..our bathroom had a bath and shower overhead with lovely hot water the pressure on the shower very good indeed could not fault any aspect of our stay ..we didn’t use the restaurant having said that the food looked excellent ..would certainly recommend ..will definitely use for any within further trips to Southampton to join a cruise ship .

A perfect location if going on a cruise from Horizon Terminal. Hotel was adequate but showing many signs of bad wear and tear; the table top looked like beavers had been gnawing at the edge. The shower pressure was very poor and needs looking at. Bed was comfortable however we were very tired after a long day travelling so could have slept on a rock and still fell asleep.

The staff were great full of smiles However I found the room (327) in need of renovation the room was tired eg Furniture in a poor state of repair the walls needed painting etc Even the TV was on the lean and not straight But it was clean

Requires a make over. Smelly reception from toilets opposite. Rusted shower/bath taps and poor shower flow. Bathroom door squeaky and did not close. Breakfast cold and no scrambled egg! Enjoyed the stay but question the 3 star rating and cost.

Hotel was well located to the bus station and the cruise ship terminal. Room was extremely small. Availability of food at breakfast was very poor. We asked when pastries would be available. Had to wait about 10 minutes. When they were put out, they were gone again almost immediately. We were told the hotel limited what was put out since they didn't want to waste food. We totally understand about not wanting to waste food but there should be better planning to make sure that there is always availability.

Rooms are very tired with small TVs and no aircon. Lack of staff meant service was very slow. There was even what looked like a manager just monitoring what other staff were doing rather than taking care of customers. Wasn't welcomed as an Accor Silver Member. However, bed was comfortable, rooms were quiet and shower had good pressure.
