Room was chilly. Turned up thermostat as I went out and a few hours later it only got to 18C. As it was gone midnight I didn't bother complaining especially as there's no phone on the room.

Comfortable bed and pillows but the room smelled strongly of disinfectant and the carpet was sticky. Also, the lavatory was blocked. I only discovered this late at night! Like most hotels nowadays the lighting was too dim, a big issue for me as I am sight impaired but there is no justification for such dimness in this era of low wattage LEDs.
