The corridors smelt bad, the breakfast was very disappointing, the bedroom smelt of rotten eggs when you ran the tap. Bed was comfortable.

A very tired building. Also there were a number of ‘local authority’ guests one of which I witnessed abusing the check in staff accusing them of throwing away their methadone. I accept that some people in our society struggle and have problems but Accor should not be allowing these individuals to check into their hotels. I had to pay nearly £400 to stay here for 3 nights and I suspect the price was high due to the demand generated by local authority guests being checked in. The extractor fan in the toilet would not switch off and the hotel was extremely hot with no AC. I have stayed in many Accor properties before but this hotel experience is making me reconsider my choices ! To be clear the only positive during my stay was your staff who were helpful and polite !

Awful, the absolute pits ,see above . We each got less than 4 hours sleep ,letting alcoholic women shout obscenities and raucous laughter all night long on their 6 bottles of red wine arguing. I was amazed I didn’t have to tread through vomit outside but perhaps rats ate it .

I have requested a full refund due to the fact that the police were called in heavy attendance namely 2 full vansworth to come and deal with people fighting him hitting each other in front of the reception who were permanent residents there under some sort of government scheme because they were homeless, which resulted in us having to occupy the property with these people and being witnessed to all of their Behaviours.
