homeless staying there and was not told I took my whole family there a receptionist even brought someone up to our room without permission had to call police all 3 rooms we had all had bed bugs the children started getting bites I took them to walk in dr and they told us bed bugs. so the over all stay was awful id not pay another penny to stay there at all the only one good thing was I think his name is Simon the receptionist other then thay nothing I will be putting formal complaint in and feel its only fair to receive a refund as I was deverstated with the whole stay homeless running up and down the hallways making so much noise at silly hours off night

Horrible. Worst hotel i've ever stayed in. Period. Not safe for families with kids. Lots of homeless, alcohol and drug addicts staying at hotel. It should be called a hostel. Only stayed 1 night. Couldn't face the 2nd night. Won't be going back.
