When I got to the hotel, I was told the lift was broken and no one was available to help me get me bag up stairs to my fourth floor, or down the next day. I have a slight mobility issue and going down. Eventually, a man who I am not sure whether he was staff, a patton, or just hanging around, helped me. I dropped my case down two flights or stairs before a patron assisted me. If I'd known in advance the lift was broken, I could have advised about my issue with stairs. Also, compared to other Accor hotels I've stayed in, this one looked generally tatty.
