I booked two rooms for 3 nights, and once at the hotel, I got the room, The next day, I got a call to say we had to check out as they had booked for one night. We were called back from a Christmas party to sort the problem. Told that they have new reservation system that does not work!

The breakfast was not good hardly anything there and the stuff was not like a Continental breakfast, plus too top it of the bread was mouldy and I was ill after eating it

Couple good things about this hotel, a short walk from National Express bus station and got into my room early after no sleep on my international flight over. Shopping center, McDonald's, TGIFRIDAY and cruise terminal all very close and walkable. Room itself small, pillows not at all soft, have to ask for hair dryer, luckily space heater was in room bc wall unit never kicked on. The next morning to go check out breakfast, which was not at all good, elevator from 4th floor didn't go to main floor "Zero" & really didn't get a straight answer about getting my luggage down.

The continental breakfast did not really exist and when we went to get some breakfast, the bread was mouldy, that we didn’t notice until we started eating it and then was sick. The price you pay for the breakfast was disgusting cause considering there was nothing there.🤢

No coffee facilities in bedroom! had to pay for a coffee and take it to our bedroom at night . The shower was good but flooded the bathroom each time it was used! Staff very nice. I suppose it's what to expect from a budget hotel?
