Housekeeping could be better. Room and washroom are too small for my preference. However the front desk team is amicable. Amazing customer service and hence that bumped my raining to a 9.

Room nice and clean ,went to the bar in the evening for drinks nobody in there,stayed for several hours observed many guest with carrier bags and different coloured security cards.enquired at bar _these were old card issued last year, noticed bags dropped off in entrance hall and then subsequently collected by residents later.spoke to receptionist later who denied any acknowledgment of bags collected by Residents asked if they where asylum seekers _vehemently denied and I was a accused of being a racist.requested a refund to leave the following day and was denied due to terms and conditions ,felt no atmosphere and uncomfortable with what I had seen and I didn’t feel save for me and my wife
