Upon arrival Tins (I think that was his name) on reception was welcoming and extremely helpful. He even assisted me carrying bags to my room as I had a cat, pet accessories, and two heavy bags.

Good clean room, small but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not much storage space for clothes and a little too warm in the room even with the heating turned off. But all in all excellent value at less than £40 per night.
