Parking somewhat sketchy but nice staff. Clean room though just 2 plug sockets was funny if not annoyingly frustrating at times. Good location.

The location was conveniently close to Fratton station, building was nice and clean. Very cheap layout though a bit nicer than some ibis budgets had been in previously. Think it's very silly to charge for a kettle and tea in the room or an iron. Staff mucked up refunding a booking we had which had been accidentally double charged. Manager resolved this quickly and efficiently but shouldn't have happened in the first place and should have been resolved by reception staff quickly without the issues we had. Some staff were stronger communicators than others though all pleasant to deal with.
