For a budget hotel, the price is quite high. Room is very basic and small, looked like a prison cell. Not too many parking spaces, there are some for electric cars outside reception, but they would not let us park our car there despite travelling with a baby and lots of luggage. 4 of these electric bays were available and they were also empty the next day. Instead we had to park at B&Qs car park across the road, which was very inconvenient. The staff were polite and breakfast was good, reasonably priced. We will not be staying in this hotel again, due to it being too expensive for its offerings.

Arrived late at night, checked it and was surprised how bad the room was. There was running toilet and hair in bed. Swapped rooms.. only managed 2hrs of sleep as there is some random electrical buzzing noise... and also can hear other rooms doing a toilet!! And flashing it. Overall awful. Only thing that saved the day was Amanda.

Dog friendly and extremely clean and welcoming, friendly, helpful staff . Would highly recommend this hotel especially if you need a dog friendly place. Plenty of free parking a short walk at the local B and Q. Close to supermarkets and eateries.

The hotel lets itself down by not having tea or coffee facilities except in the morning. Very unsatisfactory and inconvenient

Room was clean but a bit cramped. Your website should make it clear that there are no tea/coffee facilities except at morning breakfast. Very disappointing.
