We visited this ibis as a last minute booking coming back from seeing family we checked in early morning as missed our boat and ochuko (who checked us in) was very understanding and accommodating he really helped us out and more than happy to have this experience again, ochuko really made our stay ! Also really lush room

Dirty room. Given a disabled room with a very low toilet and wet room instead of a shower when I did not ask for an accessible room. Came as a group of 4 and 2 of our friends were not asked to pay upon check in (and actually not asked the whole stay) but before I had even given my details I was asked if I had means of payment. £90 a night for loads of noise, hotel entrance filled with rough looking people, sticky surfaces all over, no one at the desk. I’ve stayed in ibis many times and have never experienced such rubbish.

The room was clean and adequate, however I booked a twin room for two adults and got a triple room with a double bed and a bunk bed, so one adult had to sleep in the bunk, which I wasn’t happy with. Not ideal.

Breakfast was out too early as we thought the meat and cheese was drying up. Therefore we paid a lot for toast and jam.

I stayed here at the end of January. I was completely satisfied with my stay. I booked again to stay in march My room was on the fourth floor , the window wouldn’t shut properly as the seal had gone at the bottom so you could hear noise from outside. The blind had a slit through it. The pillows were lumpy. The room itself is good and the shower is fabulous.
