Arrived at the hotel to a very unwelcoming reception area, and no receptionist for a fee minutes either. The website said the room had AC, but this hadn’t actually been installed yet, so the room was extremely hot and the tiny fan we were given did absolutely nothing. Furthermore, we booked a twin room and were given a double room instead. The receptionist was helpful here, splitting up the beds and she also commented about how hot the room was. The car park was also cash only and so dark and horrible. Don’t bother staying here, it’s put me off wanting to book ibis again at all.

The hotel is a newly renovated house in quiet side street in the centre, 10 min walk from railway station. Clean and quiet. Big beds, but no frills.

Simple requests unable to be carried out - ie invoice per email even though the email was given as requested by reception. Calling the hotel with the KI assistant is a total waste of time.
