We were a family of 3 staying at one room, the beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and with enough space, the shower had great water pressure. breakfast was very good. the hotel is located a walking distance from public transport (bus station 3 min walk). the hotel staff was very helpful and nice. I truly recommend it.

Overall, everything was good. The rooms were comfortable and in good condition. The breakfast was fine and had a good variety, although nothing particularly exceptional. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were satisfied with the experience. However, the à la carte dinner menu at the restaurant was disappointing, with very limited options.

The stay was satisfactory but not perfect. Housekeeping entered the room in the morning while we were still in bed; we were hot every night because the air conditioning didn't cool the room effectively, even in cooling mode at the lowest temperature setting; hot chocolate was only available at breakfast on the first day; and we didn't manage to put the wifi password from our room (it didn't work in any of our phones and computer...we had to go downstair to be able to connect it first time)...just small things that could be improved. However, the hotel is beautiful and pleasant, with a great gym.

The hotel in new and well designed, modern and has a lot of great facilities. The room was spacious and very clean , the reception staff and the cleaning staff were so kind and helped with almost everything. The breakfast was very limited and repetitive. Some staff at breakfast were kinda rude , even asking for ice felt very uncomfortable. Other than that it’s great .

Great location, within walking distance of many attractions, as well as plenty of restaurants and cafés. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic: large, comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was beautiful, with a huge shower and good lighting (something that doesn't happen often enough!). The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the pillows were excellent. I also loved the fact that they don't supply bottled water. Instead, there is a dispenser in the lounge area with glasses and carafes. I also appreciated that rooms aren't cleaned every day. These are not services I need and I find them quite wasteful, so I think these are great sustainability initiatives. Not everyone will agree, but for me they were a real positive. I didn't have breakfast because €15 felt a little expensive, and there are many cafés and eateries nearby. I also didn't get a chance to use the gym or visit the cinema room, but both are great additions. I would definitely stay here again. It was an amazing experience.

We liked the design and the fact it is new and it was nicely clean. We really liked the breakfast - very tasty, good eggs and hams, good coffee. Unfortunately, our room (apartment no 006) had no windows so was very dark and smelled badly with no possibility to let fresh air in. I never though it is possible to have a room without windows and when booking the place, this was not mentioned - I would have selected another hotel or room type in this hotel if I knew (when I wanted to change it, the lady at the reception just said, sorry we are fully booked without even looking at the computer). We all got itchy rash in the hotel, not sure what was the source, whether the soap or detergents used to wash the duvet covers. The hotel staff was ok, some of them really tried to be nice and helpful (especially one gentleman serving in the restaurant), while on the reception, no smile, really just doing their job to the necessary level. We ordered a hotel - airport transport which was a bit pricy but expected a decent car, we got old bumpy, noisy car with broken shock absorbers which did not feel safe - but it came on time and got us to the aiport really fast to be fair.

As Accor Gold members, we often stay within the Accor group, but You Hotel was a brand we hadn’t experienced before. We were initially hesitant, but a few days before our trip I called the hotel and spoke with Akos, the Front Office Manager. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely invested in making our trip smooth — even offering local insights and itinerary suggestions. His professionalism alone convinced us to book. When we arrived, Akos’s warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable in a new city. The rooms were excellent, and any changes we needed were handled promptly. His leadership clearly reflects in the team. A special mention to Fani, who impressed us with her multitasking abilities — managing reception while also coming to our room late at night with a ladder to fix the blinds. That level of commitment is rare and deserves recognition. Thanks to Akos and Fani, our stay was outstanding. We will happily return and strongly recommend You Hotel to others.

Everything was nice and smooth from check in and check out , room was big and the bathroom as well. The only thing is a bit i’m not satisfied is because no fridge in the room and if i need to drink water i need to go to the lobby to refill

Located near main road and not very far from Metro which made our travel easy and comfortable. We were group of 6 adults and 2 children. We were all able to sit together in restaurant and outdoor garden. Stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it.

I corresponded with the hotel before we checked in. I believe Domonkos is how to spell that guy that I spoke with. He was super engaging and hospitable. When we checked in, it was another guy but also very professionally. He recognized our ALL status (Platinum), which not all receptionists do. He explained the hotel differences well. Explained how to get fresh bottles of water and how the breakfast was laid out. He also explained the restaurant menu since it's a tapas style menu. He also gave us information about the city and how the hotel's cinema room worked. We took advantage of the cinema room! The junior suite was so spacious and comfortable. We just simply loved our stay. All of the food from the restaurant was delicious and the different spaces around the hotel really provoked our curiosity as creatives. Simply put, we'll be back.

We loved every single detail at this hotel. We took a room for 4 and it had a bunk bed for children. The bathroom is amazing. The hotel shared spaces including the reception, the cinema, the little salons, etc had some amazing details. The interior is beautiful, well maintained, clean, the breakfast is nice, even though some additions that suit children tastes can be recommended (like pancakes or waffles, hazelnut spreads, flavored yogurts, etc). Everything else was amazing and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very central. 10/10.
