We had a lovely stay here with our children. Modern and clean room. Breakfast buffet is delicious and plenty of choices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from all the restaurants and cafes near the city center, and the bus stop is 3 mins walk.

Convenient location clean and tidy Nice welcome from Fanni, explaining everything and even remember to offer us a welcome drink as accor silver members. Rooms are big and comfortable however coffee/tea facility isn't an option in room. Aircon was average found room too hot. Service at bar was minimal and decided from that not to bother adding breakfast as better venues closer by. Third visit to hotel, possibly the last as there are better hotels for same prices with added extras.

As a hotel, you claim on Booking.com that your rooms have soundproof walls, which is rather difficult to reconcile with my experience. Thanks to the sound system you have inexplicably equipped each room with, I have spent hours listening to a disco – sorry, let me clarify, a sh*te disco – of my neighbors’ choosing, at such a volume that the furniture in my room was literally shaking. The supposed soundproofing does not seem to extend to the hallway either. I could clearly hear every word spoken by guests passing my room. What’s more, the room lacks even the most basic amenities: no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no plate, not even a teaspoon. Conveniently, there is not even a phone in the room to contact reception and complain about the noise. Whose bright idea was it to allocate funds to a sound system capable of disturbing neighboring rooms, while not providing basic amenities such as a safe or a kettle? Most importantly, advertising soundproof walls when the rooms demonstrably do not provide meaningful sound insulation is not merely disappointing; it is a potentially misleading claim about the accommodation being sold.
