I had to cancel my sister’s booking 12 days in advance but they still charged her and that was despite the fact she had an operation and doctors didn’t allow her to fly due to DVT. The evidence was sent to them and it wasn’t accepted and I thought that was not great!!!! Our cousins daughter got married there and a lot of rooms were booked for that occasion. Sadly we as a whole family will never go there again!!!

My first time, I was little relucant I usually stay Swissotel if it’s late night after a flight. But I was looking for an alternative
I think arrival process was very well, 2 gentlemen were very pleasant , important especially at that time do the night . Room was good . The property has a peaceful authentic setting . Turkish Tea sent to my room was perfection ( I don’t easily say that) they sent my orthopedic pillows right away as well.
Room cleaning needs more work. When you turn on the lights I saw hair or dust where it shouldn’t be. Details matter.
Now my least favorite thing was that I didn’t know my breakfast is not included. This should be clear during booking and it shouldn’t be surprise . As a diamond member I have expectations , you do not have a lounge and breakfast is not included- I diner experience this before with Accor at places I stay. Or it’s clear , like in Paris and you can make your own choice. This will be an issue for me , as I am a tea addict and this is not convenient.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The reception team was extremely helpful, friendly, and cooperative, and the housekeeping service was excellent. Every request I made during my stay was handled professionally and efficiently, and I truly appreciated the care and attention from the staff.
Unfortunately, the only disappointing part of my experience was the breakfast service. The staff at breakfast were not as attentive or responsive as the rest of the hotel team. On several occasions, I made a request or placed an order, but it was either not brought at all or there was no follow-up. This happened repeatedly and was frustrating, especially considering the excellent level of service in all other areas of the hotel.
Apart from the breakfast service, I was very satisfied with my stay and would like to thank the reception and housekeeping teams in particular for their excellent service and hospitality.

This is a very well-located nice hotel. I can only suggest the balcony can be arranged before arrival. I had stayed at the hotel before so I knew that I could get chairs and a table for the balcony but not everybody would know that.

This is a good quality hotel. The building is well maintained and clean, although there was one minor piece of damaged trim in our room. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff at reception and the concierge were always warm, efficient and helpful, as were all the porters. The housekeeping was excellent (a special thankyou to our friendly, hardworking maid Sera, who was happy to understand our requests by using her translator app). Room service was very efficient. Good variety and quality in restaurant and bars, although most drinks were expensive. A special thanks to Alisa in the restaurant, who was always attentive and very engaging. The outdoor pool area was outstanding, a good sized pool and plenty of sunbeds. Great views of the Bosporus.

We stayed at your hotel for a friend's wedding. It was a unique and wonderful experience. The location was perfect. The hotel was elegant and beautiful.
