The hotel is nice, always clean and a warming welcome. I have 2 main issues with the hotel, the rooms are far to hot, I appreciate it is Winter and the AC is turned off but there is no way of reducing the room temperature. My second issue is that the service for breakfast and dinner is extremely slow and this has been the same on both visits.

Couldn't turn the AC off. Room very Cold. Arrived around 7pm. Requested Piano type Lounge to have a beer and snacks. Was shown to the outside Dining? Otherwise, Staff very helpful.

The room was not ready such as dental kits and ropes were not there. Internet connection was not maintained. There was nothing to make the guest feel special. The location is good, view is amazing but my overall experience was ok but was not great.
