The room was not ready such as dental kits and ropes were not there. Internet connection was not maintained. There was nothing to make the guest feel special. The location is good, view is amazing but my overall experience was ok but was not great.

Used Q-tip on the floor from the previous guest. Dirty toilet with unflushed Urine. No powder milk for coffee.

The room had wonderful Bosporus view and was overall fine except that the socket near the sink was broken, and there have been stains on the floor and a stale smell in the toilet. But the most concerning issue is the hotel's failure to return my deposit, even after nearly 1.5 months since I checked out.
