The hotel’s location and view were truly impressive. However, the New Year’s organization and certain operational aspects fell below our expectations. Hosting the New Year’s brunch in the main hall, despite such a remarkable view, gave the impression that the venue’s full potential was not utilized. In addition, the New Year’s dinner starting as late as 9:15 PM, and the delay in serving the food after drinks were already served, negatively affected the overall flow of the evening. Furthermore, the selection of alcoholic beverages offered was quite basic and disappointing, which led us to request an alternative rakı. The inability to charge additional drinks to the room, as well as the failure to refund the deposit taken at check-out until the following day, were also shortcomings that one would not expect from a hotel of this standard.

The hotel is nice, always clean and a warming welcome. I have 2 main issues with the hotel, the rooms are far to hot, I appreciate it is Winter and the AC is turned off but there is no way of reducing the room temperature. My second issue is that the service for breakfast and dinner is extremely slow and this has been the same on both visits.
