Fake fire alarm was not a pleasant moment.

We are pleased to read that you appreciated the comfort of your room, the cleanliness, and the quality of our WiFi connection. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the fire alarm during your stay. Unfortunately, it was triggered by a guest smoking in the hotel despite our strict non-smoking policy. We fully understand that this situation was unpleasant and disruptive. Regarding the ongoing works, our renovation project is progressing well and many areas of the hotel are already fully refurbished.
