The room was dirty and moldy—it was really bad. There was water on the carpet. One employee with long hair was pretty nice, but his coworker wasn't.

You stayed in one of the few rooms that has not yet been renovated as part of our ongoing hotel refurbishment project. While this does not excuse the shortcomings you encountered, we fully understand your disappointment and appreciate your comments regarding the need for renovation.
