Service was excellent. Hotel is dated and in need of repairs. Hallways so dark. Rooms are getting updated but not the cleanest. Lobby restaurant was good after a long flight. Service excellent.

Business Trip for four nights. There was no hot water most of the time of our staying in the middle of winter. After long flights and long days at business, you get the surprise of no hot water in the room. Rooms were very dated, floor carpets were full of stains, and you could see ants and insects around. Bathroom faucets and shower doors, were corroded. The hotel is under renovation, but this fact, cannot be an excuse. The staying conditions are unacceptable, and for the time, the hotel should not be considered as 4 star hotel. The Lobby and the Restaurant were well renovated, and the food and breakfast were tasty with many options.

Understand that the hotel is going through renovation but as it is it can not score above 5. The bathtub was broken , water was not hot , room carpets were dirty
