Bonjour Monsieur D., Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour à la suite de votre séjour. Je suis heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié l'accueil de nos équipes ainsi que nos espaces de conférence. En revanche, je suis sincèrement désolé que votre chambre, et plus particulièrement la salle de bains, n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Votre remarque est tout à fait pertinente. Notre hôtel est actuellement en pleine phase de rénovation et certaines chambres n'ont pas encore bénéficié de leur modernisation. Les salles de bains font partie des éléments qui seront progressivement rénovés afin d'offrir une expérience plus conforme aux standards actuels. Je prends également bonne note de votre commentaire concernant le petit-déjeuner. Vos observations nous aident à poursuivre l'amélioration de notre offre. Dear Ms. S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. I am delighted to read that you appreciated our location, our reception area and, above all, the friendliness of our team. Your positive comments about our staff are greatly appreciated. I am, however, sorry to learn that the design and lighting of our corridors made you feel uncomfortable. Our corridors are equipped with motion-activated lighting as part of our commitment to reducing energy consumption. However, we fully understand that this atmosphere may not suit every guest. As soon as you shared your concern with us, our reception team immediately switched the corridor lighting on permanently to ensure you felt more comfortable. While I regret that this aspect affected your overall impression of your stay, I appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your comments regarding the corridor décor and lighting will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the guest experience. Thank you once again for your feedback. Dear Ms. F., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us. I am sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the waiting times you experienced at check-in, check-out and at the bar. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially during a business trip, and we are continuously working to improve the efficiency of our service during busy periods. I am also sorry that your room was affected by noise from both the air conditioning and the nearby road. We regret the cleanliness issues you experienced, as well as the delay regarding your request for an iron. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for review. You stayed in one of the few rooms that has not yet been renovated as part of our ongoing hotel refurbishment project. While this does not excuse the shortcomings you encountered, we fully understand your disappointment and appreciate your comments regarding the need for renovation.
