The hotel is great especially the rooms but the restaurant is a disaster. It takes so long to order and even longer for the food to arrive. Horribly unorganized and inefficient. The room in the other hand is spacious and modern. It took us minimal time to check in and settle in the room.

We had a very good experience at this Novotel. Great location, easy access to Orly with the shuttle, very comfortable beds. The staff was very kind and helpful. I really appreciated their kindness and dedication. It was our first time staying there and we will do it again when traveling through Orly for sure.

The rooms could do with some modernisation, the fridge in rooms don't work and the room is dusty with signs of wear and tear. Staff were helpful but slow.

Novotel hotel orly rungis and one of the guy told me to pay €150 deposit qnd we will get back our deposit and we stayed 3 days from 2024/05/24 to 2024/05/27 in room number 237 and we are supposed to get our deposit back on checkout day and I have been trying to contact Novotel team through email with proof that I have paid my deposit but I haven’t got any response yet nor this issue have been resolved as I haven’t got any reply still trying to reach out. Lastly, we even had to pay tax and paid separately of amount €73.17. However the staff replied me that the deposit amount will be deducted from the tax . How come it be possible if I had paid tax separately.Customer service wasn’t great at all as well. I hope these things won’t happen to anyone from this hotel again and seeing forward to solve our issue.
