Staff was very nice. Room was pretty clean, but there were stains on the carpet and a few dead flies on the curtains.

The staff were really good. We arrived at midnight but we were still able to get a drink from the bar. The only issue was that we had booked a room for 3 adults however the additional bed was not made up and we didn't have enough towels for three.

NOVOTEL PARIS ORLY Kevin DARKO UTUKA. Assistant front office Manager I am writing to express my sincerest gratitude for the truly exceptional experience I had during my stay . While the hotel itself is stunning and lives up to all expectations including the restaurant with its wonderful menu and service . The immaculate rooms were very calming - to lovely common areas - what truly sets the hotel apart is the staff. Unfortunately, I became unwell during my stay, and the compassion and care shown by Kevin DARKO UTUKA was beyond anything I could have imagined. A special thank you to Kevin DARKO UTUKA and his team who were incredibly helpful and attentive who checked in on me to see if I needed anything. Their empathy and genuine concern made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. This level of service is a testament to the high standards the hotel maintains . My stay was memorable not just for the beautiful setting, but for the humanity and warmth of the staff. I will certainly be recommending Novotel Paris Orly Rungis hotel to friends and family and look forward to returning soon. Denny Hearn
