Arrived at Orly airport before 10pm and we were standing at the number 8 stop by 10.32pm which from my reading of the timetable meant that we should have had 3 chances to get the shuttle bus to the hotel before the service ended. No buses arrived at all! We waited until 11.30pm and then rang your hotel to be told the last bus had finished and we were to get a taxi which cost us €29!! Given that one of the reasons we booked your hotel was because of the shuttle service being offered, this was particularly disappointing after a very long day travelling. However, I would like to commend your staff members, Lyndsay and Kesha, who were very helpful the following morning with an issue we had (external to the hotel). The breakfast selection was also excellent, with lots of variety to cater for everyone!

This was actually one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Very small rooms with uncomfortable beds and no bedding, just sheets. Single beds only. I could not get the air controller to work at all so slept horribly as it was very hot every night. The air conditioning did not work. I had someone come up and look at it and he said it is the season so the air doesn’t work now. (It should work no matter what season it is) The shower overflowed every time I took a shower so I had to do it in two minutes or less or the bathroom flooded. It flooded twice and I had to use the 2 towels, so I had no towels to dry off with. The towels were old and thin and the shower and bathroom was very small. There really should be a refrigerator in each room as there was no way to store any food or leftovers. Very basic accommodations for the price. I was very disappointed. The restaurant also had no options for gluten-free or vegetarian. Just offer a Caesar salad at least. With no restaurants nearby, it was really hard to find anything to eat. Not a good trip due to the accommodations- And lastly, my key never worked, so every single day I had to go down to the front desk and get it reprogrammed. Many people in my group had the same problem. Please get the keys to work throughout the entire stay.

I have to surline that the manager of the restaurant and the bar is really exceptionnal friendly present for all requests The staff of the reception is more or less friendly but not enough for a service company.
