Hotel itself not that bad but I chose the hotel because it is close to airport and they offer a shuttle service but in reality there is no shuttle service and its hard to find taxi or uber.

Good Stay overall but poor employee behaviour

On arrival, the employee at the desk (named Lisa) had a very poor behaviour : I wanted to understand why I should again provide a credit card cash advance while I had already checked in online, showing her the email received from Accor as an evidence. She shouted at us threatening to cancel our reservation and to not give us the room without. The rest of the say was overall good !

Super difficult to access from airport 50 min to drive 4 km Bus is not well explained The rooms are super old The restaurant is average and service was disappointing The were arguing in between them in the kitchen We did not feel welcome
