Not to open a window is not good for health if you just can breath AC

The restaurant and hallways smelled terrible. The food menu at the restaurant was basic and the quality of the food was really poor. As a diamond member I received no free drink voucher or room upgrade. Should not be classed as a 4 star hotel.

Unpleasant smell in the room and hall way

Mostly satisfying but bad ventilation system leaves the room and hall way smelling always pretty horrible (at least on the second floor where I had my room)
