Rooms were clean, comfortable, fluffy towels. However, staff at the desk were disappointing - despite having 3 young children and booking two family rooms to fit all of us they wouldn’t accommodate our request to have connecting rooms or even rooms next to each other; no alternatives offered. We went to hang out in the bar and play some pool but the tops were snapped off all the pool cues. Ordered some food (cheese and ham toasted sandwich) and it was served with the bottom still cold, we sent it back and they microwaved it (must’ve been frozen). Breakfast had a good range of options but refill around 9am for the basics (scrambled eggs, pans for cooking eggs, butter, tomato) was very slow and it seemed they stocked everything just before 10am when the buffet closed and it was all cleared away. Comfortable but only for a basic, short stay.

The checking was problematic as you could not find the prepayment, I had to find the confirmation and hand it in. The food in the bar was ok, had a salad. the food on the 15th floor was terrible and for the price shocking. Breakfast was average for a hotel, but you need two coffee machines as you wait for 10 minutes in a long line each morning.

It wasn’t a great experience. The staff was not able to assist with my luggages and unresponsive. When I needed to call the reception from the room, nobody picked up the phone at all. The room was not that great and the doors were cracked. Old and not renovated. The toilet did not have any ammenities such as shampoo, toothbrush etc
