Hotel così così, personale fantastico!

L’hotel in sé sarebbe da 2,5…ma non si può, quindi dato che il personale è stato tutto veramente fantastico, aggiungiamo mezzo punto! 😁 L’hotel è un Ibis Budget, quindi naturalmente non ci si può aspettare un 5 stelle, però i difetti non sono pochissimi Partendo dalla porta d’ingresso diciamo che ha bisogno di una sistemata, la hall è stata sicuramente ristrutturata da non molto, ma un po’ al risparmio, comunque ci può stare I corridoi ai piani un po’ bui, così come la camera, ridipinta da non molto con un infelice bianco/arancione, e la piccola finestra non aiuta a illuminare! Le luci fra l’altro sono disposte un po’ a cavolo, e quelle del bagno sono solo sullo specchio, abbaglianti! 😁 La pulizia non è stata delle migliori, ma devo dire che la signora (gentilissima pure lei), ha dovuto fare tutto in fretta e furia Però i difetti più pesanti a mio parere sono la location, che è in mezzo al nulla, e una latente puzza di fumo in camera: ho trovato infatti anche qualche bruciacchiatura vicino alla finestra! Clienti maleducati a dir poco! La camera in sé è molto grande, con un ingresso in cui si apre il bagno, molto grande pure questo, e si vede che sono state fatte delle migliorie da poco C’è un condizionatore/pompa di calore nuovissimo che funziona molto bene, gli interruttori sul letto sono moderni, anche il bagno ha una doccia molto grande e rinnovata Insomma si vede che c’è stata una ristrutturazione da non molto, peccato che pare che sia finita lì e adesso vada solo in peggiorando La colazione assolutamente buona per poco più di 8 euro, ne ho trovate di peggio per prezzi più alti, però anche qui il tostapane non funzionava bene e il super gentile receptionist (che faceva il tuttofare) se ne è dovuto stare a premere la levetta tutto il tempo per tostare! Approfitto per lodare immensamente tutto il personale, davvero non capita spesso di trovare persone così gentili e super disponibili! Anche il mio “tostatore” lo ha fatto con un sorriso e grande simpatia! Insomma un hotel salvato in parte dai suoi dipendenti, che però sono sicuramente in numero inadeguato, comunque se cercate qualcosa vicino a Orly a poco prezzo e con poche pretese tenetelo presente

Siamo lieti che alcuni dei nostri servizi siano stati adatti a te, per gli altri terremo conto dei tuoi commenti. per quanto riguarda le camere per il problema del fumo nel nostro hotel è severamente vietato fumare all'esterno sì ma nella salute dell'hotel avvisiamo tutti i nostri clienti che non è autorizzato. per gli odori arieggiamo regolarmente le stanze facciamo del nostro meglio la governante pulisce molto bene ogni angolo della stanza usa profumi specifici adatti all'odore. per la geolocalizzazione ci troviamo in centro vicino alle stazioni e vicino all'aeroporto di Orly Cordialement, La Réception

Worst experience in last 5 years

This time we had a very negative experience. I haven't seen such terrible service at the front desk for a long time. The girl Celine, as she called herself, was rude, impudent, and absolutely not customer-oriented. She told us that we should pay extra for the room, I showed that when booking we had a different amount indicated, she said that she didn’t know anything and that she had a different amount in her system, I booked on the site all dot com, she said that it was not her system and so that I can figure it out myself where I want. I asked her to give me the phone number of her manager, she said that she didn’t have a manager and that she wouldn’t give her the phone number. I asked her to give me her first and last name, she asked why I needed this, I said that I would write a complaint. She refused to give her last name and spoke rudely and impudently. Such people at the hotel reception are killing the hotel's reputation.
