This time we had a very negative experience. I haven't seen such terrible service at the front desk for a long time. The girl Celine, as she called herself, was rude, impudent, and absolutely not customer-oriented. She told us that we should pay extra for the room, I showed that when booking we had a different amount indicated, she said that she didn’t know anything and that she had a different amount in her system, I booked on the site all dot com, she said that it was not her system and so that I can figure it out myself where I want. I asked her to give me the phone number of her manager, she said that she didn’t have a manager and that she wouldn’t give her the phone number. I asked her to give me her first and last name, she asked why I needed this, I said that I would write a complaint. She refused to give her last name and spoke rudely and impudently. Such people at the hotel reception are killing the hotel's reputation.

We understand that you had a misunderstanding concerning the payment of your reservation, but you should know that our teams do everything possible to satisfy the customers they receive and in the language used by the customer, but sometimes, unfortunately, there are misunderstandings that arise due to the language barrier, nothing personal. Concerning the supplement that our receptionist asked you to pay, it was for the tourist tax that customers have to pay on arrival and which is then paid to the government, but following a bug on the booking site, it did not appear on your confirmation email. This is neither your fault nor that of our team. Unfortunately, we were not available at the hotel on that day, which is why our receptionist was unable to contact us to speak to you. El hotel deja bastante que desear, el hotel está bastante dejado en cuanto a detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza e higiene, no es un lugar agradable para alojar. Al abrir la ventana minúscula que tiene la habitación entran moscas. El barrio no es agradable tampoco. El alrededor está descuidado y da la sensación de inseguridad. No nos sentimos tranquilos alojando acá. La marca Ibis Budget no se acerca a esas categorías de 2 o 3 estrellas. El grupo le hizo saber el desagrado al guía representante de maseuropa para que tengan en consideración. Les dejo fotos de un lugar al lado del hotel y de la habitación que recibimos.

A l occasion d un événement familial nous avons réservé 8 chambres (21 personnes). Organisation très satisfaisante, répartition des chambres sur 2 étages en prenant en compte les désidératas signalés. Accueil au niveau de la réception au top malgré des arrivées échelonnées sur la journée. Disponibilité et amabilité du personnel durant tout le séjour. Chambres propres répondant à nos besoins. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.
