The room was really hot, very basic, looked dirty and did not provide any shower amenities. Also, we needed some help in getting to the hotel but the receptionist did not speak any English. The breakfast was good. Next time we will pay a little more and stay in a proper hotel.

No receptionist. After 2 days of stay found a person at reception who refused to talk to me in English. Automated check in machine doesn't give you a clear instruction on how to use the password to open door even though it is very simple. House keeping was still cleaning the room when we arrived at room. Very congested bathroom. No soap, no shampoo. No door mat. No change of towels in 3 days. Extremely congested room. Only 2 charging points. No canteen / BF facilitiy. Vending machine available just for the sake of it. Not even a single water bottle in it. Outskirts area. Less connectivity. Danger for night arrival. No ventilation in room. No exhaust in toilet. Never ever stay here if you are in Paris for 1st time. Only advantage is it is near to Orly Airport (2nd airport in Paris)

The shower was a little difficult to use because the door wouldn’t close so there was a lot of water on the floor. But other than that, the stay was fine.

As soon as I entered the Ibis hotel I realized that the woman working at the reception was annoyed by me and all customers. Annoyed by any question, about a receipt, about the shuttle. Later on I asked something about a common toilet :she was very very annoyed by the question. In the morning I had to take the first shuttle at 5.07 for the airport (which I had booked the evening before). The man working night shift was really impolite, I asked where the stop was only, if in front of hotel, or somewhere else. He just said 'not in front'. Turn, seemed very annoyed by me and the only other guest. Luckily I went out and started looking for a stop and managed to stop a bus hoping that it was the shuttle bus. With his bad manners and lack in doing his job he made the other guest miss his bus... And please notice that I speak fluent French (I live and work in France), so language was not the issue here. One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Sad to see how people don't like their job. I have seen similar behaviors travelling, but I would have never expected this in a Ibis hotel.

It is nice as usual, however the bunk bed is not readily arranged to use though we booked room for 3. We had to open the green bag and arrange the bed. Nothing big deal but just specified. It may be good if we have some floor mat outside the bathroom, so that we will not wet the floor when coming out of bathroom.

Our stay was ok but it could be better. Rooms should be checked more to see if they are ok - toilet light not working. Room smell heavily of cigarette smoke esp the toilet but when asked for room change, reception promptly gave us another room. Good value for the price. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Sufficient lighting. Check in and out fast and efficient.

I regret choosing the hotel. We were changing the rooms 2times because we didnt have light in the toilet. It was horrible the stuff wasnt helpfull.

It didn’t feel very clean. It was almost too hot in the room to sleep. The bathroom light didn’t work and the water leaked out of the shower.

Arrived late on a Friday night / Saturday morning but had already booked-in in advance - not that it mattered! Nowhere to park and staff said I wasn’t allowed to park there. I said if I couldn’t park my vehicle there was no way I could stay at the hotel - staff shrugged shoulders.

I would never chose this hotel again or recommend it to anyone

The entrance concept was very good but not functional , the receptionist was not speaking English at all and it was very rude, the site mentions free shuttle to the airport but it is actually not. The rooms very not very clean either.

You get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel The communal areas were slightly worn And in the bedroom the shower door did not shut properly and my wife missed having a hairdryer The breakfast was okay but not the most pleasant way to start my he day I do not think we will return to a Ibis budget and will in future use a more upmarket version of Accor hotels range
