We took the subway to get to the hotel, but it’s not by the airport like other ones so we had to walk 25 mins from the subway stop while it was 35 degrees outside. The restaurant is ok, not the desserts, 14€ to get what you want, none of the desserts are home made, apart from crepes maybe, I was thinking about getting some with honey, surprise, as the honey jar stays open 4 big green flies found there way into the honey and into the maple syrup too, not really appetising. For 2 cokes, 2 hamburgers, we ended up paying 60€ definitely not worth it, but it is the only thing around so we had to eat at the hotel. We got to the room, I was excited to watch the football World Cup that was on, surprise the TV doesn’t work. So I had to call someone to come and fix it, took 15 minutes. Then I wanted to make a tea, the glasses were dirty, again not very appealing. The room is suppose to have AC too, but it’s more of a fan than an AC as it doesn’t cool down the air, so I really don’t recommend choosing this hotel during a heatwave. Our flight was at 6 am, so we wanted to leave the hotel around 3.30, surprise, the hotel shuttle can only drop us off after 4.30, the receptionist told us to get the tram instead, as the station is 2 mins away, surprise again, doesn’t run before 5, so not very helpful, we ended up paying for a taxi.

Well located & at a reasonable price. This unusual (in a good way!) hotel was very well situated for our stopover close to Paris Orly airport. It is only 2 stories but has excellent facilities. the room was comfortable & the staff very friendly. The restaurant/bar is a good size with huge windows giving it a light & airy feel. The food was good at both the evening meal & breakfast.

I had checked out at around 9:30 TO 9:45 ON 19/05 and the reception had given me information that all the payments were cleared. Later on they send me a message informing me that around eight euros were not paid as taxes. I did not get the link message as it always went in my junk mail. So almost for four days, we have been exchanging messages which I felt very uncomfortable on my busy work trip.

I was very surprised to see what a nice, cosy hotel, Mercure Paris Orly Airport is. The hotel staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and hotel environment inside was so relaxing, the hotel itself is situated very near a shopping outlet. Unfortunately, one negative aspect, was that the inside garden of the hotel was not properly maintained! Pity. I have been to other Mercure Hotels before but here, one service that really stood out was that the food that was served a la carte was simple incredible - high quality, abundant in amount and relatively cheap. Well done to everyone at this hotel, especially the Chef.

Went up for a Sim check and was booked to stay at Mercure Hotel Paris Orly Airport (Orlytech), it was a pleasant stay, room is good, comfortable and had all my needs met. I do wish the room air-conditioning actually could cool the room a bit better, but since my stay was short just 3 nights, it didn't bother me and I didn't ask reception about it either. There is a tram station within a 1 minute walk from the hotel which meant very convenient access both to the local shopping mall "Belle Epine" which was about 10/15 mins away by tram, and to Orly airport which was around 5/10 mins away by tram. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service from/to Orly and hotel and back which is very convenient. Breakfast was okay, sausages, scrambled egg, streaky bacon, the hot food was slightly cold but decent enough, however, there were plenty of cold cuts and French delicacies to choose from. The orange juice dispenser was always out of juice for the 4 days I've stayed there. The inhouse restaurant Terminal 12 has good food, had a burger from there with my colleagues, who also tried the chicken gyro and steak and were all happy with the taste and quality. The hotel is near a motorway/highway, and is basically neighbouring the usual take-off runway for Orly airport (Rwy 24), but the rooms are well insulated and you don't hear any loud noises, and even when an aircraft takes off, the sound is very well muffled, and it won't wake you up. Most of the staff I spoke to all speak decent English, the cleaning staff not so much, but honestly they know what you'll need, just point or show them what you need, or learn a couple of phrases and you won't have any issues. Honestly a nice business stay, there is also a crew lounge/briefing rooms for airport crews who have any layovers or like myself had layover for OPC/LPCs etc. The check in process is super easy and the checkout is even easier as you simply deposit your key in a key box and you are done.

We landed up as a guest of Pegasus Airlines due to a delay of one day in Mercure Hotel. Dinner was a problem. The given voucher did not work at the restaurant, because the restaurant was not able to serve us. And as we went to another restaurant, we paid by our own pocket and at the reception it was said that the amount of 20 € per each passenger will be reimbursed. But, still, we have not received these amounts. It was on the 29th March 2026.
