Our free shuttle takes you to Orly Airport in 5 min, with departures every 20 min between 4:30am and 10:10am and from 6pm to 11:40pm. Gate 22a, platform D1 at Orly Terminal 1/2/3. Gate 47d, stop 9 at Orly Terminal 4. Plus T7 tram from 6:30am to 12:30am, every 8 to 15 min, from Orly 4. Our brasserie, Terminal 12, welcomes you for lunch, Mon to Fri from noon to 2:30pm, and in the evening from 7pm to 11pm.

I know we stayed in the hotel at a holiday departure date which means more travelers on the road. But we did not appreciate queuing for dinner and found, at breakfast, many tables uncleaned (I had the impression that the staff was understaffed). This, in my eyes, does not fit a 4* hotel ! Also, our room was cosy (thanks for that), but way too warm ! Trying to reduce the temperature was not working, so although the bed was nice, we had a bad night... On the positive side, we had a few drinks at the bar in the evening and they were good. Also the staff, although overwhelmed by the clients from the nearby IBIS, remained polite and helpful, while some even kept their humor which helped for everyone in this situation.

The hotel feels rather old-fashioned and is in need of restyling. The rooms are noisy, which significantly affects comfort. While cleanliness is satisfactory, it no longer meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the behavior and attentiveness of the staff could be improved.

Pros: tropical decor with foosball tables and billiard table free shuttle to airport breakfast buffet starts early at 4:30 or 5 am Vanessa very helpful. We wanted to change to a room with 2 beds and she made the change immediately to a room next door. The TV had a lag responding to the remote control and she came to the room to assist. Thermostat easy to operate: 2 dials Lots of electrical outlets to charge your electronics Restaurant had tasty extra tender comfit of duck and offered dessert buffet Large fluffy towels reliable wifi Cons: TV did not show BBC
