Good hotel, room was clean and large. Unfortunately, a lack of amenities like slippers, toothbrush... despite de shower glass door the entire floor was flooded after shower... I waited 5 minutes at the restaurant's breakfast spot but nobody came so I helped myself anyway... the breakfast was ok, but some of the staff didn't seem to care much (some are probably new). On departure the front desk lady was very helpful with the explanation on how to get the train to Paris.

I had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Paris Orly Airport. The hotel is ideally located near the airport, which made my travel logistics effortless. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. My room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with a cozy bed and good amenities. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and the shuttle service to the terminal was punctual and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a reliable and relaxing stop near Orly.
