I recently stayed at Mercure Paris Orly Airport for a four-day business trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity.The rooms are basic but genuinely comfortable—spacious, modern, and quiet . The queen size bed was one of the very comfortable and the blackout curtains actually work. High-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid The staff deserves special mention. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and proactive. From the front desk team , they genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests. No request was too small.Breakfast in the lobby café is excellent—fresh, hot, and with a wide selection that actually caters to both healthy and indulgent tastes. I especially loved the different delicious choices and the perfect chocolate drink that kept me going backs.The hotel’s signature restaurant, , is flat-out terrific. I ate there three nights and all meals were restaurant-quality: perfectly cooked from steak to burger, creative side dishes, and an impressive drink list. The atmosphere is casual perfect for just unwinding after a long day.Amenities are terrific across the board:The whole property is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained.If you’re traveling for business (or even pleasure), The Mercure Paris Orly Airport is the complete package for a quick trip through Paris. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Reception was not a welcming experience. The decoration was poor with painwork needing attention; Worst of all we had to wait 50minutes in queue before entering the retaurant! the staff were so pressed, they beckoned us from a distance to be seated;The meal when arrived was cold, the waitress apologised but only replaced the chips/ The steak could not be cut as the temperature resulted in the meat shrinking; At the close the waitress forgot the coffees. despite widespread dissatisfaction management were not in evidence. Our experince has always been that senior staff multitask and get involved in this situation. Our neighbouring table were staying in the Ibis, but their restaurant was closed. they had been told because of price differentials. if that is the case surely better to agree the same price structure and menus between the 2 hotels. in this circumstance, both loose out. The information from the hotel states that there is a minibus service from the hotel to the airport, in reality it collects from the Ibis forecourt not the mercure; we had 4 cases and this was not what we had been expecting;

At first glance, everything seems fine, but on closer inspection the overall condition is rather disappointing. There are visible stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, and a somewhat unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. It’s not terrible, but definitely noticeable. We received our welcome drink, but the bartender was very rude and appeared unfamiliar with his role. His colleague had to step in and guide him, which was not very reassuring. Finally, regarding breakfast: at check-in, we were informed that breakfast was not included. We were offered either a full buffet for €20 per person or a simple option with coffee and a croissant for €8. We chose and paid for the full buffet. However, the next morning, there was no control at all—no one checked whether guests had paid, meaning we could easily have taken the cheaper option and still accessed the full buffet without anyone noticing. In addition, the quality of the breakfast did not justify the price. I have never experienced such a poor breakfast at a Mercure Hotels.

The room felt old and run down, the bed was noisy with every movement, the shower head didn't work, no water bottle offered in the room. Very long waiting time to get seated at restaurant and one of the worst steaks of my life.
