Our free shuttle takes you to Orly Airport in 5 min, with departures every 20 min between 4:30am and 10:10am and from 6pm to 11:40pm. Gate 22a, platform D1 at Orly Terminal 1/2/3. Gate 47d, stop 9 at Orly Terminal 4. Plus T7 tram from 6:30am to 12:30am, every 8 to 15 min, from Orly 4. Our brasserie, Terminal 12, welcomes you for lunch, Mon to Fri from noon to 2:30pm, and in the evening from 7pm to 11pm.

Pros: tropical decor with foosball tables and billiard table free shuttle to airport breakfast buffet starts early at 4:30 or 5 am Vanessa very helpful. We wanted to change to a room with 2 beds and she made the change immediately to a room next door. The TV had a lag responding to the remote control. I asked for a new battery, but she came to the room to assist. Thermostat easy to operate: 2 dials Large fluffy towels reliable wifi Lots of electrical outlets to charge your electronics Restaurant had tasty extra tender comfit of duck and offered dessert buffet Cons: TV did not show BBC or other English channels

Problem: confusing location and signs at Orly: thought it was just near the airport, by walking distance - Signs at Orly 3 were showing Mercure hotel at the same place as Ibis that was at Coeur d'Orly, walking distance to Orly 4. Whereas Mercure was accessible by foot to Orly 4 then by a "passerelle", THEN by public transport. Confusing. I lost one hour following the signs to Orly 4 , then walking outside, and searching for the hotel to then go back to Orly 4 wait for the shuttle.

For me, the location is convenient, as it is close to Orly Airport. The reception and restaurant staff are kind and willing to help, provided they have management’s approval (I was granted early check-in due to my loyalty). However, what I find difficult to understand is their refusal to negotiate a fixed rate for future stays (which could cover the next six months), thus pushing me to negotiate with other hotels instead.

dirty, small, overrated room. I guess that is french hotel standard...but it is very significant when French go abroad they complain a lot about hotel standard but most over rated rooms I see particularly in Paris. It is like tourist trap. Rooms I got with my family should be either renovated or rented for maximum 80 euro. Everything else is tourist trap. Loby is renovated and it is nice, bit we do not sleep in the loby....Unfortunately not good experience...
