New and clean hotel. We had a nice stay. Thanks for the early check-in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet. We liked the extra door in the room (after the main room door), it keeps away noise from the corridor. Good to have a separate toilet with a wash basin. However, the twin beds are not large enough and therefore not so comfortable to sleep in. We would suggest to put a kettle in the room, the water from the coffee machine is not hot enough for tea. We thought that the two tiny dates in the room as welcome looked a bit meager.

Our room was very comfortable and furnished with an eye for detail. The public spaces are beautifully decorated in keeping with the history of the building. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops and sights within easy walking distance.
