Having been forced to have a buffet on night one, we were told that the restaurants we wanted to eat at for night 2 and 3 were fully booked. They were not as we walked past them to see that they were more than half empty. Our friends at the Asia restaurant sent us a video to confirm that the full two hours they were there it had hardly any tables taken up either. I don’t see the point of an all inclusive if you don’t get to eat at the restaurants. The evening buffet quality was poor which didn’t help. Lunch choices for children are also all unhealthy. I didn’t think the quality of alcoholic drinks available was particularly good either. Our room wasn’t cleaned one day despite me asking in person twice and also on a call twice (on the third call somebody did come at 7pm!). My impression is that you take money off people and then don’t have to bother with good service as everybody has paid already. I prefer staying non all inclusive where service levels are high as they want you to spend more onsite.

At first night the reception make the chick in the worst experience his name is mico he took 1 hour and didn’t make my request for the room like i asked And the room was old and smells the curtains was damaged so as the headboard of the bed The next day I spoke to rohit from reception he give me better room and better service I’m a gold member at accour Rixos saadyyat could be better I would like to thank : Rohit Upendra Dhruba Renita For good service

Enjoyable stay that could have been extraordinary. I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly with a amazing attention to details to make our stay enjoyable. My only comment is regarding the food. We enjoyed our first day lunch but other than that, the food wasn't good (felt like recycled left overs for the rest of our stay) The fact that you can get fresh juice only on the breakfast buffet was not what you would expect in a luxury hotel. We tried coffee on the beach and at the turquoise restaurant, it was really bad. Other than the comment on food everything else was perfect
