Roshan was excellent service in the pool bar and restaurant.
Comfortable beds.
Main pool was very busy many children coming up around the pool bar. Needs better signage so that parents are aware of this as many got in a huff when staff informed them.
Food was very good. Could do with a bit more of a mix as same dishes repeated each day for lunch and dinner.
Overall enjoyable and close by.

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island and honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. It is a gorgeous property with one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever experienced.
The staff were truly exemplary, and the service from everyone was impeccable throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the wonderful team at People’s Restaurant and the Lobby Bar — they went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome.
The food was fantastic across all of the outlets, including the buffet, with plenty of choice and excellent quality. The location is also fantastic, particularly for trips to Yas Island.
We stayed in a pool swim-up suite, which was lovely, although this is the one area where we feel there is room for improvement. The outdoor area could do with some updating and better maintenance of the plants, as they had grown onto the sunbeds and unfortunately attracted quite a few flies. We also feel alcohol should be included in the minibar, as this is fairly standard at hotels of this level.
Those are only minor points, though, and they certainly didn’t take away from what was an exceptional holiday.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Few items that can be improved are as follows:
1) we had a hard time finding a sun bed by the pool especially on Sunday. There should be a priority place for hotel guests vs daily pass crowd

Thank you for a wonderful experience, your team was very friendly and helpful, food was excellent, room service really good. I would like to add only one sad moment - smoking near the pool. Loads of people were smoking there and team hasn't reacted, even there were signs everywhere and I've complained . Rather than that our little family had amazing little holidays in your hotel.

We had a great stay however, all I would say is that for a premium hotel the buffet is not up to standard. Considering you cannot use the A La Carte restaurants every night the buffet should have some live cooking stations and have more options. Much of what we saw was repetitive and dry. I did raise this issue whilst I was there and it was kindly dealt with very quickly which was much appreciated. It’s just a shame that it will impact whether I return as I would be concerned about the buffet days.
