I stayed for nine nights, and unfortunately my experience was very mixed. The best part of the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank the spa team, particularly Rouqaya, who took care of our requests even before we arrived. Her attention and kindness made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The Ultra All Inclusive package is worth paying for, although I think it should include more food options during the afternoon. For such an expensive luxury hotel, the choice between lunch and dinner is quite limited. Our room was comfortable, spacious and generally very nice, but we found several maintenance issues that should not happen in a five-star hotel. The bathroom sink was blocked, some fittings were broken, and the kettle was also broken when we arrived. When guests are paying such high prices, these details really matter. The food was probably the biggest disappointment after the restaurants. Although the quality was acceptable, the buffet became very repetitive. It felt like we were eating almost the same dishes every day. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were always friendly, efficient and very quick with every request. However, the biggest disappointment by far was the à la carte restaurants. We stayed for nine nights and were only able to eat in two restaurants because everything else was fully booked. On top of that, the Oriental restaurant was closed and the Teppanyaki experience was not available during our stay, but nobody informed us in advance. If we had known this before travelling, our expectations would have been very different. For a nine-night stay, having access to only two restaurants is simply unacceptable. It feels misleading to advertise several dining options when, in reality, reservations are almost impossible to get. It seems that only one restaurant opens each evening, they are too small for the number of guests, and there are far too few tables available. Overall, the wonderful staff made our stay much more enjoyable, and they deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the hotel's organisation, maintenance and restaurant booking system do not match the standards or the price of a luxury five-star resort. Considering how much this hotel charges, I expected a much better experience.
