Excellent service, and quite accommodating. We had a birthday and they really did a great job with this. However, we got the worst room in the, next to elevator and overlooking restaurant. I don’t get it, why this? Im a loyal customer and, now at sofitel the palm, same thing, worst room, looking at the wall of the central cooling plant. Disappointed.

We stayed at your hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and we truly had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and pleasant. We were welcomed warmly and even checked in around 20 minutes earlier than the official check-in time because the room was already ready. The team explained everything clearly, showed us around, and made us feel very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always nearby whenever we needed anything. Their service made the whole stay feel even more special. The drinks were fantastic and of very good quality. The food was also delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. Everything felt fresh, enjoyable, and well-prepared. Overall, the atmosphere was amazing: beautiful weather, clean sea, a great swimming pool, and a very relaxing mood throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and I already have. In terms of value for money, it is truly one of the best combinations: great service, great food, great facilities, and a wonderful overall experience. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

Everything was just perfect. Staff everywhere were just superbl. Starting with Receptionist Lubov , such an amazing girl! She explained everything about the hotel very well and also gave us voucher to visit museums! That we of course did. It was remarkable. Pool bar staff is so attentive. Coctails is on top. Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and cleen. Food is delicious. Alcohol selection is impressive and wines were just perfect. Im planning my next stay😌 Thank you!
