The only disappointment was that our room was not cleaned during the last two days of our stay.

Very polite staff. Very helpful. My sister is elderly with walking stick, lady at reception made sure we were placed in room which had access to lobby, reception and lift to restaurant which was very thoughtful of her.

We had a wonderful family stay. The team was warm, attentive and genuinely caring, and they made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The kids loved the kids’ club, and the food was exceptional.Every meal was something we looked forward to.
Mr. Benoy deserves a special mention for his support and understanding. He took the time to listen to our needs and made sure we felt comfortable and looked after. His kindness, together with the care shown by the whole team, made our stay truly memorable. We would love to return.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff are fantastic and cant do enough to make you stay perfect. Great choice of food in buffet and have four amazing Al a carte restaurants. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Mini fridge was full of soft drinks daily and crisps and chocolate bars in side cupboard. The pool area its kept lovely. Plenty of towels and pool bar staff are fantastic . Great choice of branded drinks in all bars. Beach is beautiful and clean. Plenty of towels and bar service. Singers and musicians playing in the evening in bars. We didn’t have children with us so can’t comment on facilities. Overall this is an excellent hotel and we will return.

From the moment we walked in through the doors the wow factor and hype didn’t drop a level until we left. The hotel looks amazing, from the lobby, the rooms and down to the Spa.
All staff are super friendly, helpful and ready to assist with any enquires we had. Food was amazing, including for those that may be peckish at midnight hour, there is still good selection of hot and cold options. Restaurants serve amazing food. We used Aja, oriental restaurant which included 5 course meal as part of the all inclusive package, it was one of the best oriental food I had tasted.
We are already planning our next visit with our daughter.

We wanted to have a couple of days to celebrate my spouse birthday and relax , and seriously choosing rixos was the best choice and decision we made , the hotel is amazing with perfect amenities , very responsive staff and attentive to details. the pool was perfect , and even the beach.. loved every minute there .
