We stayed there for a couple nights, and everything about the stay was excellent. The hotel is so big, with a beautiful turquoise beach. What (and rather who) made our stay 100x better was Dona from guest services. She took us for a tour around when we were still hesitating about the stay, and made sure all our questions were answered, she recognised us by name every single time she saw us, and made sure that we were happy throughout. It felt like we were properly hosted, and if there is any reason for us to come back, it will be because of people like her. Honestly, all team members were amazing, from the front office Renita, Binoy and Rohit made every interaction feel like we were their only guests, from terquiose restaurant Dhurba, Camella and Rodney (with his out-of-this-world drinks), Ramesh from the Pool service where he would acknowledge us us always with a smile and did everything with sooo much warmth and care, Maria (hostess) was impressive in the way that regardless of the location, she was always welcoming and personal with every good moment, Pepsie with her amazing service at Aja, and the Housekeeping team with their lovely gestures (bed towel art and anniversary cake) to celebrate us. And many more people who made our stay dynamic, happy and seamless in every way. We felt very welcomed and celebrated all the time and this was thanks to people more than anything else.

The hotel manages to exude understated luxury, without losing the convenience of an All Inclusive. The pool access room was stunning - shady, private and convenient. The hotel has excellent facilities and despite being huge does not feel massive and overcrowded. I will definitely be back.

We have been to many five stars hotels, but none of them gave us the same overall five stars experience that we recently got at Rixos Saadiyat Island, from the rooms cleanliness to the staff professionalism, amazing Pool, extremely clean and organized beach. We also love Turkish Cuisine so much (we have been to Istanbul five times), and we can confidently say that the Turkish dishes that we tried in Tourquoise restaurant e.g. the menemen, the Adana Kabab, the Dolma and many more gave us the authentic taste of the home cooked Turkish food. The level of care the staff give to the little ones are unmatched with the water and kids park there that kept our child entertained and happy. A big thanks to Mr. Binoy for allowing late check-out, which made our last day even more fun and special. We are really glade that our first visit to Saadiyat island was at Rixos, which will continue to be our go-to hotel in Abu Dhabi. Can't wait for any coming long weekend or public holiday to stay there again.

Nice hotel but have few comments that would like to add 1- room with pool access : the pool was always dirty and full of insects and not clean 2- food options for lunch and dinner are not good and doesn't have arab good variety 3- even if hotel is fully booked members shouldnt be nicely kicked out by 12pm

We had to change rooms at the very beginning of the stay We also had the engineers in both rooms fixing the plug holes in both baths. Water ran orange in one bath Our only option was to eat at the buffet which was limited also. The manager was fantastic and attentive. The staff were all pleasant The beach was beautiful
