Stayed here for 3 nights. Whilst visiting the famous and fabulous Pyramids, Sphinx, Sahara, Memphis, plus The Grand Egyptian Museum, and Citadel. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was extensive, the staff very attentive. Stay here if you're visiting Cairo and all it's wonders.

I booked a club room to get the club lounge experience on the 22nd floor. When I checked in I was told due to Ramadan the lounge on 22nd floor wouldn't be available until after Ramadan. The following day when I enquired I was told the lounge was under going maintenance and I had to use the Oak Restaurant on the 2nd floor. Had i been informed at the time of booking that the main lounge was not available I would not have paid for the higher priced room. The option of the 2nd floor restaurant was not acceptable. The food was the same every day and there wasn't much of it. The hot food was dried out so much so that it was not edible. I expressed all of this with Nour from guest relations by What's App. If you knew the lounge wasn't available you should have given me the option of a different room at check in. The breakfast wasn't available in this makeshift lounge and I had to go the main restaurant where the breakfast food wasn't very tasty. When I ordered room service I noticed that they would add items not on the order or miss out ingredients listed on the menu. I expected more from a hotel with this name.

The staff were very helpful, the room was excellent, fortunate enough to have a view of the Nile, restaurants were affordable (not any that weren’t fast food in the vicinity) and of a high standard I’m a fan of Accor
