Housekeeping service was disappointing, as my room was often not cleaned when I returned. In addition, the service was very slow and lacked prompt attention to guest requests.

Mr. Mahmoud & Mr. Emad are very polite, friendly, and helpful. However, the room cleaning service is not up to the expected standard, as the same requests need to be followed up on almost daily. In addition, streaming platforms such as Shahid and Netflix could be considered and installed on the TVs to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel was nice but the staff was too aggressive. The person who cleaned the rooms was always there when we returned to the room. In fact they made comments about our personal belongings and asked to come inside our room to speak with us. I know tipping is expected but this was creepy.

it is the best experience we have ever had in Cairo. Best hotel. service, location, breakfast, entertainment. We loved the restaurants and adding the daily entertainment helped save lot of time travelling elsewhere. staff and cleanliness was high standard. the Nile view from the room was amazing day and night. the hotel had everything we need. it was quite although it was full. I loved the breakfast and the food service. everyone was very friendly. If I go back again I will go to the same hotel.
