Room, services all great

our check in took over 20 minutes and was quite confusing. Despite us arriving at 6pm our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in reception while it was cleaned. When we did get to the room we had to call the cleaner back as there was grease on the desk, greasy fingerprints over the fridge and dust all over the sideboards and headboard. The bathroom shower was covered in mould. Really not what we were expecting from a flagship property.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff were warm and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. Great breakfast !!! Highly recommended—will definitely return.

I had a long wait to check in almost 1 hour .. was really exhausted and didn’t sleep I had a long travel, I almost slept in the lobby
