Large suite with excellent attention to detail by Housekeeping staff - like greeting you by name. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory and room service quick. The flowers throughout the hotel are next level amazing. 5 star establishment with great bedding.

Nightflight TripAdvisor review

This hotel was superb. I always value service in a hotel. However good the physical surroundings, service can make or break a place. In this case the hotel looked and fabulous- beautifully appointed , and very well looked after. Breakfasts were generous and tasted lovely. We ate one evening at Gingko, one of the hotel restaurants, and found the food excellent and very fairly priced for quality. We were given a free upgrade to an enormous suite on the 6th floor with great Nile views, a big bedroom, corner lounge, bathroom and luggage room. The cleaning staff were happy to do anything we needed including providing nonslip mats for the shower on request. The real proof of service came when my wife fell ill. The hotel brought in a doctor very rapidly, who did all that was required, and reviewed her the next day. In addition, the staff went out of their way to look after us, to the point of ringing to check whether they could provide any special light meals through room service to make sure that she was getting enough to eat. We could not have been better looked after in any way.

IT was my first stay at the Fairmont Nile City and it was amazing. from the moment i arrived to the hotel, with all the welcoming smiling faces, till the last day, everything was perfect. the whole staff from management to the concierge, they all are willing to go the extra extra mile just to make everything perfect for you. the rooms are amazing, cleanliness are spot on, breakfast is great with a wide variety to choose among, and the location is perfect on the wonderful Nile. other than location and amenities, in my opinion the best asset any hotel could have is its staff, and at the Fairmont Nile City you hit the Jackpot in that area. a big thanks to everyone who contributed to making my long stay at your hotel an unforgettable stay, really made me feel at home away from home
