The definition of Service is when you have a complicated bar order with two different bartenders over two different days and the same server not only remembers you, but remembers your order and executes perfectly! Ask for Sabah she is amazing!

1. Checked in for 2 nights in a floor where it had demolition work . It started next early morning with alot of drill and hammers continously. There was no warning. I complained and was told that it's only today. But again in the second morning started again. It was 2 nights stay and was ruined by non professional staff. 2. Am a Gold member. That does not mean anything to the hotel. 3. It was until time for checkout when they distributed a letter to all rooms in the floor apologising for the sounds. 4. When duty manager asked me at check out time how was the stay, I told him all of the above. He apologised again and asked me to wait for few minutes to arrange a complimentary drop off to the airport. Few minutes later he came and apologised again as his gesture was not approved by Management. Shame on Accor, which i am part of it professionally, to have such .management . Never coming back.
