Had an amazing stay! One of the most hospitable hotels I have ever stayed at, with exceptional hospitality and top-notch service from the entire team.

We arrived at 1:30 a.m., and the reception staff insisted on collecting all our passports, then return them to us so that we could sort and organize them again—separating the passports for the two double rooms from those for the triple room.
This was particularly unnecessary, as our travel company had already provided all these details in its previous correspondence with the hotel, including copies of our passports. Moreover, the company had completed the form provided by the hotel through e-mail, including the required electronic signatures.
Therefore, these repeated procedures appeared to be an unnecessary waste of time, especially at such a late hour.
