The service, professionalism, and attention to detail from your team made my stay very comfortable and memorable. I appreciate the effort everyone puts into creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I would especially like to thank all the staff in the breakfast dining room for their excellent service and kindness. Special thanks to Mr. Razq and Chef Ahmed — they are truly wonderful people. Their warm hospitality and sweet smiles every morning made my wife and me very happy and added a special touch to our stay at your great hotel. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the Housekeeping team on the 11th floor. They provided wonderful service and truly made us feel at home during our stay. Special thanks to Taha, Samah, Mr. Reda, and Mr. Ahmed Suleman from Housekeeping for their care, professionalism, and kindness. Million thanks for Mr Mohammad a supervisor in reception. Good breakfast and spa services. Very trustworthy staff. We forgot cash in the room at checkout. It was given to lost and found and returned in full. Good security and felt very safe. Excellent customer service.
