I was very happy with the hospitality and service from receptionist Mina(If I remember his name correctly) and his manager that time. I was able to pay with my ACCOR card which I forgot to bring from Korea. Mina explained all the complimentary service that I have as a Platinum member of ACCOR which I was not explained when I was in Aswan, Movenpick. I was very upset with the service in Movenpick because Receptionist asked me to pay additional charge for a room dining service even though the menu in the room said "Tax and Services fee included". I asked her back what charge that is and she said she doesn't know and I just need to pay. Additionally, Cleaning staff in Fairmont was really nice. I hope this message will be advantageous to Mina and the manager. Best Regards, Chanyeob P.

The Fairmont Nile City was the perfect place for our very special three night Cairo stay. Its hard to find a location that ticks all the boxes in this crazy city and we were very grateful that the hotel had so many extra services that we took advantage of after time exploring. It is very good overall especially the lounge and what are availability for the gold suite. however, the service for breakfast is slightly disappointing. It is far too busy and often the table are not set when we were taken to the table. The gym is good and so is the pool. Though on a windy colder days the pool is a bit chilly.
