This is the second time I have visited your hotel , but there is a huge difference between those experiences. The last experience I faced a number of issues which is unpredictable from 5 stars hotel , such : There was a dislocated locker which dropped toward me when I tried to open it. The food saver or refrigerator was not work properly, accumulated with ice and was empty . The first night I tried to call reception (03) many times without any response I suggest for your team to check each room before any reservation My room was 18201 Yours sincerely,

The hotel had arranged an event for more than 200 persons screaming and playing with microphone between the rooms which make my stay as nightmare . The food is very bad . The hotel enterance gate is away of the main road which make your enterance to the hotel very hard .

this is to bring you that I am very disappointed with the hotel service in this month I have stayed 2 times and up to now i was not able to receive to the invoice receipts for both stays In the first stay while i was checking out : * I had signed too many documents , which I had never signed this amount in any other hotel . * Meanwhile the receptionist apologized that he cannot pay me the rest of the money "2158 EGP ", and he only found 700 EGP . in the second stay : * I booked 1 more night , and during the check in i asked for the both invoices for the 2 stays . the receptionist advised that the receipt will be available on checkout next morning * next morning the other receptionist apologized that the invoices are not available as accountants did not come yet and she will send the receipts to my mail * Next day of my leave, by mail I received only 2 invoices but both are for my of the first stay (11 to 14 Jan) only not both stays , while the invoices are not itemized day to day . Adding to that , the parking company services which are chasing on every time i go out to ensure the payment of their services . stopping the car . call the reception . wait confirmation of payment ... really annoying and wasting time . for no service they provide . and why a hotel out of the city ask for parking fee . it is better to add the parking value to the room and give and advantage that the hotel have free parking and avoid all that noise . I would respect that fees in downtown hotels . but in the desert. still to claim the wi-fi service was so weak , i complained at reception but in vain for all of that unprofessional staff , I had moved to another hotel to continue my stay Regards

I went there because I wanted to watch the theater (Alaa aldine), the stay was nice and the general atmosphere is great but breakfast was always not fresh despite that the dinner I have ordered in the room was awesome. Overall good experience

As usual, i enjoyed my short vacation at this amazing Hotel. Hospitality is the name of the game. All staff are very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Rooms are very clean. Safety and Hygiene measures are firmly undertaken. I want to thank all staff members, especially Mr. George Said (Restaurant Manager), Ms. Haidy and Mr. Mohamed (reception) and Mr. Mohamed (reservation) for their great support.
