I enjoyed my stay with my family in the hotel which includes marvelous pools. However, there are three points have to be considered to raise the service level. First one, I booked pool view room and while I chick in they told me there are no pool view room allowed. It must be mentioned in the web site. Second point related to the variety of the food in the buffet, the first time for me treating movenpick was in aswan, and it was very nice experience and the buffet was Richer than this hotel, So you have to consider the level of your restaurant. The last point was not professional anymore, as there is someone in the restaurant (Dinner) tried to force me to review 5 stars for the hotel on tripadvisor website while It was the first day for me and I cant review the hotel from one day! At all it was very nice experience and I think I will try it another time. Thanks!

The waiting time when calling front desk, and answiring my requests was severly slow, which I didn't face last 2 times I visited the resort, I don't know why. Alos although I understood that there was no space for a flexability with the plan or the price, I was upset from the way of rejection. it sent me a message that, we are not care a bout your reservation, it doesn't mean a lot for us, unlike last time I was in the hotel, the caring was much better. And such small things, make me think twise when I think or rebooking days or recommending the hotels to others.

The room I checked-in into had no toilet paper, no towels, no paper tissue, and the phone button were all broken, and i couldn't make any calls to reception or whatever. I had to call the hotel from my mobile phone 7 times in a time span of one hour to have someone respond to my complaints, I had to ask to have the hotel manager report to my room immediately because i wanted to check out and refund me for my stay. only then the front office manager came to my room and checked me in into another room and got the housekeeping attend to the needs of the room. I can praise Mr. Mohamed Fahmy the front office manager for setting things right. But then again how to have a room given to guest without making sure it's ready or got all its essentials????? Without the courtesy of Mr. Mohamed Fahmy I would have cancelled my reservation with a full refund and never came back. Comments: Please pay attention to the room amenities.: Remote controls and phones... etc.. (the second Mr. Mohamed Fahmy checked me into had a non working TV remote control. but I didn't mind cause I am not into TV anyway. This is not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. Best Regards, Mona

just a few negative points during my day use: 1. Bathrooms were far away from Pools and located only in Reception 2. Most of workers were working all the time beside swimming pool 3. Some of your workers beside the pools were starring to the women in the pool; which is not comfortable at all

It was a good stay .. Everyone tried to make us satisfied.. Hotel and room are super clean, breakfast is excellent.. Hotel location is somewhat difficult to find.. Taxis can not reach there easily.. and dinner in the room wasn’t as good as the breakfast.. Overall we thank you for our 3 night stay and will surely come back again

This is the second time I have visited your hotel , but there is a huge difference between those experiences. The last experience I faced a number of issues which is unpredictable from 5 stars hotel , such : There was a dislocated locker which dropped toward me when I tried to open it. The food saver or refrigerator was not work properly, accumulated with ice and was empty . The first night I tried to call reception (03) many times without any response I suggest for your team to check each room before any reservation My room was 18201 Yours sincerely,

As usual, i enjoyed my short vacation at this amazing Hotel. Hospitality is the name of the game. All staff are very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Rooms are very clean. Safety and Hygiene measures are firmly undertaken.
