Excellent location and great staff. The food at the restaurants was really good, I really enjoyed the oriental grill dishes at Kebabgy Restaurant. What I found great was the outside space, which was the perfect spot to chill out for an afternoon drink or for some coffee or tea after a day full of sightseeing. The rooms could use some renovation.

Every single detail in the hotel is amazing ! Starting with reception and their friendly welcoming for all guests. Moving to the location. Nile is everywhere around you ! Simply perfect specially for guests who love to take photos. Next, the room. Clean, well organised and relaxing. Then, the swimming pool. We didn't had the chance to enjoy it, but it looked great really. And next time for sure we will be ready for swimming ! Regarding the breakfast, there were lots of choices which will fit everyone. For me and my wife, we enjoyed the Egyptian breakfast, in addition to the pastries which were perfect really. Special thanks to Mr. Belal in the main restaurant, who was really friendly and came more than once to see if we needed anything, and he made me Koshary Tea which was amazing ! Thank you so much. Finally, I would like to thank each one of the staff. The hotel is enjoyable because of you all and your usual support and efforts really. We really enjoyed our stay, and this will not be our last time !

Rooms: The hotel needs an upgrade. The noise from outside and between the rooms is catastrophic. New windows would be good, so one wouldn’t be disturbed by the club music next door which is very loud. Noise between rooms with connecting doors is also a problem. The bathrooms are old and not up to standard. The carpet is not very hygienic. Service: No turn down service which is annoying The concierge didn’t inform about dress code in the restaurants Positive: Nice staff The hotel has all the necessary services Good location
