Staff was very helpful. Always made sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is with airport transfer. The price is $110 USD. This is absurd. A hotel like this should offer their guests complimentary pick-up. Uber is only $5-7.

They would have been nicer if guest relations would have responded to my emails. I have emailed twice I've had zero response from the guest relations team.
