We regularly use and prefer ACCOR hotels. This was not one of the best. Shower gel empty, room à distance from elevator and thick pillows, despite both of these requests on my profile. Rey good shuttle to the airport and breakfast staring at 0500, both of which appreciated. But room service extremely slow and inaccurate.

Easy Check-in, good shuttle, decent food (half-board) although lactose-free/vegan alternatives could be added, clean room, good porter service, good shops in the lobby. Ideal would be smoke-free inside. Unforntunately the childrens corner was closed of (at the end of easter vacation). Staff very nice.

Very helpful staff in the shop area as I needed advice on why my phone was not working well with new Egyptian sim card girl sorted it out no worries

The hotel had good service and the food was good quality. The safe box did not work and there was no iron in the room.
