From the free airport shuttle pickup to our departure the staff have been excellent. The restaurant staff ‘herding’ the large transit groups to specific restores made sure that there were plenty of tables and choice for individual guests. Our only problem is that despite being a non smoking room, it had clearly been smoked in regularly and the carpets had stains.

Overall, this is a nice hotel and very close to the airport, particularly good if you are in transit. The shuttle service is effective and runs every 30 minutes. The property is nice and the room was modern and comfortable (with the small TV being the only disappointment). I was upgraded due to my status and the suite was a wonderful option. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious. I had lunch at the restaurant and the buffet was mediocre but cheap -- that is, convenient but do not expect much. The thing that was off-putting about this hotel is that every male staff member (with the exception of the kind restaurant manager and the nice security staff in the 1am shift) seemed to be auctioning for a role as a henchman in a movie about an Eastern European mafia. Their mouths would say "thank you" or "I have upgraded you to a suite" but their facial expressions seem to be indicating "I expect some compensation if you want to keep all your fingers" or "I know exactly where you are". The restaurant has a doppelganger for a young Steve Buscemi in "Reservoir Dogs" who was visibly and audibly aggressive when I tried to use my phone to pay for my bill because he had to change the credit card machine. I know this looks horribly stereotypical but I could not stop thinking about it after interactions with male staff members. The female staff members were always kind and polite. So, I am not sure if I would come back here or recommend this hotel but it seems to be something easy to address (or maybe I just picked an unusual day and I will find myself in the future as a movie extra).

Pros: Reception Team is friendly, Hotel is very close to Cairo Airport, Shuttle Bus from Hotel to Airport is available every 30 minutes. Cons: it is difficult to find the shuttle bus in the Airport, and when you order food from Outside, you have to fill waivers form for allowing food in your room which is really weird act from hotel security. Apart from this, everything was perfect.
