Egypt air put us in this hotel after they had us missed our flight in a transit connection. After I got sick, they moved us to the renovated section of this hotel but first theyput us in a room full of molds, dust and chipped floor and walls.

We stayed in this hotel for couple of nights. The hotel lacks basic cleanliness , staff at the gate isn’t responsive, had to call reception multiple times for water. There were hairs lying around in the room. We asked for housekeeping to clean but even after cleaning it was same. They didn’t even clean the room for 2 days. Even the bed allocated was queen size for a couple and 1 child. Worst experience in any Accor property till date.

I noticed one thing that would be great to have is a bank or currency exchange facility within the hotel premises. During my stay at Radisson Blu Heliopolis, they had a bank on site which was really helpful for guests. It would be fantastic if this could be considered for future.
