I stayed 11 nights in this Accor Hotel. It is a good 4-Star hotel. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helpful. The Front Office staff including Concierge are friendly. However, as a guest I felt that the F.O. department is understaffed. Telephone Operators never pick up the line. My favorites are the Housekeeping Staff. They are exceptional. F&B Staff are really friendly and helpful. Serious investment has to be made in order to improve the IT infrastructure. I was moved from one wing to another just to improve my internet connections; but still I was struggling with the internet in the new room. Also, my daughter who joined me for 5 days in an interconnecting room encountered the same IT issues.

I took the Hotel due to Shuttle, and I wait for 3 hours call 2 times and no shuttle arrived to pick us up, 5 vans were sitting at the hotel doing nothing

I have booked this hotel because of suttle bus and near the airport !! . i arrived at 4 pm , to slow for check in . Lack of information !!! I ask what time of suttle bus and can book for suttle bus , no one tell me for the time and just said about 24 hours . Then I woke up to get the airport asking about the suttle bus . Some of reception say every 30 minutes !!! Should tell when I check in !!!!

Terrible experience, I’ve been visiting this hotel for over 15years now however last time I went to the hotel in September there was an incorrect details fed in the information field however they didnt cancel the booking nor modify it!! They took 350USD worth no service. The so called Manager rejected providing any solution and as well rejected providing an email or confirmation letter as he was very well aware that he wants to keep the booking active. My travel agency spoke to them and they rejected refunding the amount nor modifying the booking under any extra cost !! All Managers contacted were irresponsible and this is clear theft experience.
