Breakfast has too less options, considering Novotel. Staff wasn’t hospitable. Dont book anything via their tour desk. 10x expensive. As new, They charged us $75 for giza taxi which was $10 on Uber. Location isn’t worth their charges as Cairo Tower area is dirty. No access to nile from this hotel.

Bad start

After a long flight and an exhausting night, I expected to rest upon arriving at my room. Instead, ongoing maintenance work with loud drilling and hammering made this impossible. Despite contacting the front desk twice, nothing was done to resolve the issue. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing way to begin my trip.
