Great location, nice rooms. We had 2 rooms which were upgraded to Junior Suite - with amazing views of the Nile. The Hotel staff was very pleasing and accomodating. We had a late night flight and we were also provided with late checkout as well. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The stay was overall acceptable but I faced some issues
• The beds are not so comfortable
• The sanitary fixtures are old
• The sliding window was hanging till I called the receptionist and sent the maintenance team to fix it
• At the checkout, I paid 420 pounds as the mini bar claimed that I used two Juice and I informed them clearly that I didn’t, however, without any evidence from the mini bar in charge, he insisted to pay and I was forced to do so to avoid delay for my next strip. I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this situation which lacks the respect of the guest and need your interference to reimburse my money.
• The room was not provided with slippers and teeth care set (brush and Toothpaste) until I requested them from the receptionist.
• No any welcome drink is provided for the guest
• The mini bar items (drinks, chips, water, ect) are extremely high compared to the market and other hotels at the same category. The prices are almost 10 times the normal price which doesn’t add value to the guest to use the mini bar.
