The hotel is very beautiful and suitable for families, and there is a swimming pool. I liked the room service and its cleanliness, but the place lacks the internet. The internet was bad, but the view, rooms cleanliness are very wonderful l love it.

My reservation which was booked on All Application, was cancelled after my online check in on All app! When i arrived to hotel, i have been asked to find another hotel due to room availability. Afterwards i had to negotiation about it then they found me a room which wasnt I booked and paid more. Day after they changed my room to what I booked(only good thing is) However what another silly point is I had to pay extra for breakfast for each day but I already booked bed and breakfast in my booking which was cancalled. Why I beared the consequances due to my room was sold to someone by the Hotel? Why I paid more money(breakfast for each day)than I booked due your employee sold my room to someone? Only Welcome drink doesnt solve the problems and doesnt makes me loyal, it was a big disappointing for me. For sure, Acoor Hotels won’t be my priority anymore and not speaking about positively, it shows me that some of your hotels dont care loyalty, maybe it was the mistake which was made for this hotel specifically however your kindly reply would be appreciated. my room 7007 was so great, Noor and Ahmed welcomed me nicely and so memorable, so too were the House keeping staff! The food, Awesome. INTERNET WAS SO TERRIBLE THAT I WOULD NOT DARE VISIT AGAIN ON AN OFFICIAL TRIP! PLEASE WORK ON IT!!!
