We appreciate your comments and would like to provide some clarification regarding the points you raised. Regarding the misunderstanding at check-out, in accordance with our hotel booking and check-in policy, all accompanying guests must be registered during the check-in process. This procedure is in place to avoid any misunderstandings during the stay or at the time of departure. As the accompanying guest was not registered upon arrival, additional verification was required during check-out. We are pleased that we were able to accommodate your request for a complimentary late check-out until 2:00 PM as a gesture of hospitality. However, your comment regarding the room being disturbed in the morning despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign and the approved late check-out has been shared with the concerned team for review to ensure our service standards are consistently maintained. Regarding the minibar check, this is a standard procedure conducted before guests complete their departure to ensure billing accuracy. Finally, we noted your comments about our rooftop restaurant. We would appreciate it if you could share more details about your experience, as this would help us review the matter with the restaurant team and continue improving our services. Amazing location, fantastic food (and very safe to eat), convenient room service, comfortable, friendly staff and you can’t beat the view. A few reasons why I didn’t give it a 10: - l had issues with my room light 3 times. But I do appreciate that they got fixed quickly - just not permanently. - Unfortunately, I did spot a couple of roaches in my bathroom. :( Not sure how much control the cleaning staff has over it, though. - I love the breakfast omelettes, but you guys use a LOT of oil. - Gym is a little cramped, but good enough for those days. Overall, it was great and I would stay there again.
