Hotel is well located near to the Nile and quite good view. Restaurant has good menu and you can enjoy roof top, as well. Room service was helpful when we required something. Hotel staff helped us out for late check-out, as well.

As a regular customer , and this is my 5th time i booked to stay at Novotel, i am truly upset by how the reception handled my reservation, let me brief it for you, i have booked the king bed room since September , one day before my arrival i did online check in, i arrived around 18:00 , during check in process the Novotel employee told me we are fully booked ?? and we do not have king bed room available only one room with 2 beds available, it was strange due to i have paid 2 months ago and checked in online one day before my arrival, after a long argument and an hour later finally i have got my keys of the room, this was not all the story, once i reached to my room i found an other employee in the room collecting flowers and towels heart shaped of the bed ??? So the room was available and empty but someone's decided to give it away and the look of the employee face said it all, ha was not happy !!! Is this how Novotel treat loyal customers , keeping me waiting at the lobby for an hour after a flight and long day ? I kept thinking did they tried to give the room to someone how paid higher price or an employees friend , many thoughts crossed my mind but definitely i lost my trust on this hotel , no one will accept to be scammed or treated like this, Regards
