Very helpful stuff and that’s why the 5 stars! We had some small problems with our room and immediately they fixed everything! We have a river room view, the view is amazing. The noise is so loud from the outside thank god we have our earplugs. Also if you’re not a smoker person then you have to ask for non smoking room , the smell between these two rooms is really much different!

The hotel is well located and agreeable. It also has a terasse with a restaurant and splendid views. Unfortunately, you will not be able to have a glass of wine at either of the restaurants in the hotel - which is sad given that Novotel/Accor is a french hotel chain.
