The good: The conference room experience was very good- well organized & serviced The amount of water provided in the room was adequate & Alot of my colleagues were also happy about it The heater facility inthe room was much appreciated, given the weather outside The not so good: The room for stay could look cleaner (specially the bathroom tiles, that looked a little mossed) The towels were not really white. While they may be clean & sanitized well, white looking towels give a feeling of having been cleaned vey well. In the pantry, the Creamer was either missing or was scarce- as an Indian - i typically use atleast 3 a day.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and breakfast was good. The only bad thing is that you put tbe water in the mini fridge. It took nore than 2 hours to figure it out. Also its temperature was cold. Whay would you do such thing during winter????!!!!!
