My experience at Novotel has been extremely disappointing, to say the least. In particular, the Food & Beverage staff in the restaurant have been rude, unpleasant, and completely uncooperative. I have honestly never experienced this kind of attitude in any Accor hotel before. I have been an Accor member for many years and have stayed at Accor hotels extensively, both in Egypt and around the world. Throughout all these years, I have never encountered staff behaving in such an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have actually extended my stay and I am still at the hotel until now, unfortunately because I have no other choice. I genuinely regret having to continue my stay under these circumstances.

The hotel is well located ans has good amenities. One thing I would point out is cleaning. My beaded bracelet broke in the bathroom on my first night, I cleaned some of them and kept a few on the floor on purpose. Those beads accompanied me on the bathroom floor my entire 7-night stay, although I only skipped housekeeping twice. When I first arrived there were some hair on the pillowcases which I had to clean myself. The hotel has way higher potential, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good. I would also recommend getting a scale for travelers needing to weigh their luggage.
