I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which is very well located. Overall, it was a great experience. The breakfast was okay, but I think there could be a few more options for meats in the morning. I understand it's a cultural choice, but offering more variety would be appreciated. Additionally, having only one coffee machine created a waiting line. On the downside, the pillows were hard, and the bedding had hairs on it and did not smell fresh. The towels also had marks on them. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of my stay, including the friendly staff and the overall quality of the service, made it enjoyable.

I made a reservation in 31th December for 1st of jan the experience was fine according to rate and then i made a reservations couple of days ago the rate was higher and the service was low ( i asked for a towel rope many times , i asked for slippers for more than 1 hour no fruit platter inside the room as usual , there is no hot water inside the shower and then the technician came with his mudy shose inside the shower to fix it and he left all the muds came out of his shoes inside the shower ..the whole experience wasn’t comfortable
