During my visit to Novotel 6th of October during my Trip to Egypt. While the property itself was fine, a completely unacceptable incident during the breakfast service ruined my impression of the hotel. While i was seated and try to have may breakfast, the restaurant manager abruptly decided to relocate me. Instead of politely asking if i would mind moving, he walked over, physically picked up my food plate, and shifted it to another table without my consent. to make matter worse, the table he forced me to move to wasn't even set for the guest. In all my travel, I have never seen a manager handle a guest's food or dictate seating in such a rude, invasive manner. Taking a guest's plate without asking shows a complete disregard for personal space and basic customer service. The management team needs serious retraining on how to treat their guests with basic respect. I cannot recommend dining here based on this experience. Regards, A.

All the staff are very courteous .A special mention of Mr Salim in the lobby who has always been very helpful and kind..Also the manager in the restaurant is very good.Mariam and Karim at reception area excellent.
