bad room and old furniture with bad smell and without many of tools like (shoe shine ,soap ,slipper and needle )

I was very disappointed with the state of the room. The white bath towels have turned greyish and the room should be renovated.

The customer service was amazing and super helpful! They were very welcoming, warm and the location is wonderful. Omnia was especially helpful and so kind. She was willing to upgrade and change my room to make sure I was happy! We even got to chat about jewelry
