I booked a classic room at this hotel for 3 nights. Arrived at 8.30 at the hotel, I asked for an early check-in as a gold member of All fidelity program. They answered it's free from 12, but if I need to check-in at this time, they have another room but I had to pay 40€. So at the end, I paid 40€ for an early check-in and a superior room, 2 advantages normally offered with this status. In addition, this superior room was so small that I'm still trying to understand why they say it is superior. I can't imagine the size of the classic room. Next time I will probably go to another hotel (Accor or not), with a best quality of service and more spacious rooms, for the same price or even cheaper. The bed and the air conditioning were good, the wifi was correct, not more.

It was amazing to see Japanese Toilet equipped with a shower system in Germany. However, shampoo was almost empty and the drainage at shower room was terrible.

I always appreciate it when my loyalty to ALL Accor is rewarded. The hotel location is very good, just a few minutes away from the main centre and it’s a pleasant walk through the park. The staff was friendly and professional. We got a room with an open ceiling and a nice view. The room was clean and spacious. Although the breakfast was tasty and there was enough choice, I missed some sausages or bacon.

We were welcomed nicely with a chocolate at the reception which was a nice beginning to our stay. Our room was clean. There were some kits like dental and body care as well as a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. Overall, a nice cozy boutique hotel with a walking distance from the center.

I was stranded in the city during the Lufthansa strike wave and my intuition led me to stay in the Muze. The hotel interior is stylish and elegant, the staff is friendly and helpful. Even close to midnight was my check-in perfect and I was warmly welcomed. It's worth to stay again, the location is perfect, with a tram station just 1 minute by feet.

Had the tiniest room as an ultra talk guy. Also the bed wasn't a single bed but two beds side by side. My back hurts.

Room was very hot 25-26 degrees (when entered room, was 27) and conditioner didn't performed well. Limitations were put on there. Otherwise room was clean and ok. It also mean that i didn't rest well before business meeting, i cant take such risk next time. And also i paid 300eur for such experience:-)
