Muse hotel is very stylish. Staff are very helpful and professional mostly. The walk to the old town is mostly through a gorgeous park. Lots of public transit around so easily accessible to anywhere you want to go. The rooms are nice. Beds are firm and come with 4 pillows - which is nice. Only thing I would recommend UNTIL THE ROOM IS FIXED, I stayed in room 73 It’s supposed to be their best room with amazing views because of the wall of windows and the ceiling of windows as well - which it did have all that including an amazing view. The only issue was that one of blinds from the outside ceiling is broken - which means at the crack of dawn light coming pouring in and you cannot sleep anymore. The hotel and staff are aware of the issue - yet still Assign that room. I was told “i should have brought up the issue and they would have changed my room” I did inform the staff off the issue but nothing was done. When i said i would write this review only then i was offered to speak to the manager (no need i was leaving). Again - the view is incredible. Just a shame the hotel would knowingly give you a room that they know has an issue - AGAIN UNTIL ITS FIXED - nothing in the room has any issues, just the blinds - cannot make this anymore clear - So saying that i was a bit disappointed, especially since i was at the same hotel a week prior- so they even assign that type of room to repeat guests. But again gorgeous hotel, well located and the staff is mostly super friendly and professional

We book this hotel twice a year because the location is perfect, the rooms are very good, the bed is comfortable, and the batchroom (with bath) is spacious and luxurious. And the breakfast is excellent and prepared with love and dedication.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and good service. Unfortunately, the breakfast was far below expectations. The selection was very limited, there were no vegetables, and the quality of the available food was quite poor.

Good location and staff attentive which try to compensate imperfectly the oldness of hotel equipment. The key system was not working obliging to change few times of room during the long checking process and on the morning to ask one staff physical assistance to open the room door ! No parking and you left to find it yourself in the center if you are lucky ! Ned and bteakfast standart without special comments

The bathroom smells like egg yolks I didn’t showered because of te smell and we couldn’t sleep because of it. It was horrible

This is great. The tram right outside will take you to Hbh fast, and the rooms are clean and big. Silent surroundings, and friendly staff.

I booked a classic room at this hotel for 3 nights. Arrived at 8.30 at the hotel, I asked for an early check-in as a gold member of All fidelity program. They answered it's free from 12, but if I need to check-in at this time, they have another room but I had to pay 40€. So at the end, I paid 40€ for an early check-in and a superior room, 2 advantages normally offered with this status. In addition, this superior room was so small that I'm still trying to understand why they say it is superior. I can't imagine the size of the classic room. Next time I will probably go to another hotel (Accor or not), with a best quality of service and more spacious rooms, for the same price or even cheaper. The bed and the air conditioning were good, the wifi was correct, not more.

It was amazing to see Japanese Toilet equipped with a shower system in Germany. However, shampoo was almost empty and the drainage at shower room was terrible.

I always appreciate it when my loyalty to ALL Accor is rewarded. The hotel location is very good, just a few minutes away from the main centre and it’s a pleasant walk through the park. The staff was friendly and professional. We got a room with an open ceiling and a nice view. The room was clean and spacious. Although the breakfast was tasty and there was enough choice, I missed some sausages or bacon.

We were welcomed nicely with a chocolate at the reception which was a nice beginning to our stay. Our room was clean. There were some kits like dental and body care as well as a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. Overall, a nice cozy boutique hotel with a walking distance from the center.

I tried several hotels during this recent trip to Dusseldorf and Muze was by far the best. The rooms are spacious, offering all things necessary from comfortable chairs and bedding to other amenities like properly arranged coffee-tea zone etc. And the staff are brilliant and friendly and mega-helpful!
