Our stay was pleasant and satisfying, but there were a few things that should have been better. Firstly the refrigerator in the room didn’t cool but seemed to warm things up. Also the lights above the bed and shaving mirror didn’t work. So looks like the rooms are not checked careful enough. Another annoyance was that you cannot set the AC to cool the room and need to ask reception to switch on cooling each time. Lastly the very limited parking availability should be more clearly mentioned. So all in all it didn’t completely match expectations. Would however still consider booking a next time.

We stayed here for 2 nights in thr christmas market session. The hotel is 6 minute walk to the markets and shopping district. Its opposite a park offering brilliant views from the balcony. We received an upgrade to a suite which was nicely decorated, and came with a large balcony. Take a walk through the room, via our link. The hotel is a boutique feeling very small which we loved, the reason for the 4 star is due to the shower not being great pressure and flooding the floor as well as the bar being ran by the reception who couldn't make cocktails.

Had a 6 night stay to visit friends in the city. Great central location, only minutes from Hauptbahnhof, Schadowstr., Altstadt. Good sized room, kept immaculately clean, and with tea/coffee facilities. All the staff I met were friendly, very professional and eager to help in any way. I would thoroughly recommend a visit - I'll be returning.
