The hotel played well the Backstreet Boys Tour with having the cutout of the band in reception. On the 7th October 2026 evening, I just want to thank the lovely receptionist that helped me with calling the restaurant when my order was marked delivered but nobody was there. Overall, the staff was lovely from reception, to cleaning, to the restaurant. I had a little distress about my room but Vania helped and all went amazing from there. We also had some goodies to take home from the leftovers of the VIP packages so that was a plus :) The room itself, they are nice and cosy, the shower and sink are in an opened space so if you share bear this in mind. I was alone so I did not care, the shower was so good. One thing, you need to slam a bit the door to make sure it is closed and they are a bit heavy. The hand soap is divine. I don't know if this was with my package but the mini-fridge was free, at least the first round of drinks inside: water, sparkling water, German cola, and a beer, plus cashew nuts and a bar of chocolate. The restaurant is located on the 16th floor and offers an amazing view of Dusseldorf. I did not have time to go to the bar but it is on the 17th floor so it might be nice to have a drink there with that view at night :)

We loved the vibe, we loved our room (shame about the tiles falling off the bathroom wall), and we had a great meal in the restaurant. It was inconvenient that the little cafe was closed until Tuesday morning! We found Copenhagen - but yours is nicer and more comfortable for a quick breakfast! The lighting in our room was not good for reading - we suggest maybe add adjustable reading lights, one for each side of the bed. The staff were very kind - we asked for extra pillows - no problem! We'll recommend 25 hours to any friends and family who visit Dusseldorf!

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel overall Great Breakfast Friendly staff Good location Nice room, liked the setup overall, except the fact that no rubbish bag in the bin, and more amenities should be provided given no daily cleaning is included - and not clear during booking time that this changed. And I would like to have drinking glasses and spoons in the room too.

I decided to stay at this hotel because it is part of the Accor Group, a reputable international hotel chain. Unfortunately, I found blood spots and dried stains on the pillows, which was quite concerning. Although I immediately changed rooms, I also contacted the management to express my concerns and expected the matter to be addressed during my stay. However, surprisingly, I only received a response after I had already checked out so when i said so, they told me that they were busy with the emails from the back street boys event :) This was disappointing, as I expected a more professional and timely response, particularly from a hotel affiliated with such a well-established group.
