Convenient location and some staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this was offset by a rude and unhelpful receptionist, foul drainage odours in the corridors, blocked shower drain that wasn't fixed, despite repeat requests, during our stay (4 nights) and rooms that were uncomfortably too warm even without the AC on.

I was allowed check in early which I appreciated. The room was suitable for my needs. The staff appeared to be efficient and knew their jobs. The location for me was excellent as I travelled by train to the hbf.
