The hotel is located at the Dusseldorf train station. It is very convenient for passengers who do not have a connection to the train and need an overnight rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was tidy. The price is a bit high.

The first room I was given had obviously not been properly cleaned. First thing I found on the table was hair. Then in the bathroom as well and on the bed itself, including the sheets being full of stains. I went down to the lobby, the receptionist was kind enough to offer me directly another room. However, the second room had also hair everywhere, on the furniture and in the bathroom. Fortunately the bed didn't have any hair or stains. But all in all a unacceptable condition and in particular for such a high price. The week before I know that the same room was half the price. Such is utterly disappointing and unacceptable: double the price and unhygienic rooms (for reason of proof I have photos). I would have given it a 0/10 if possible, as it felt like a scam.
