Simple but excellent hotel in city centre. Rooms spacious and comfy bed, hot shower and desk to work at. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Located as part of the main railway station this is an excellent location for onward travel including the airport.

when I headed to enjoy breakfast, the canteen staff told me that my room had no breakfast but in polite manner). I have to confirmed my bookings with the staff. The short little girl did not any respect ，insisted I hadn‘t breakfast ，refused to see the order in my mobile which was clearly shown bed and breakfast. Until I said aloud I’m diamond member she confirmed. very unpleasant experience！

Staying in the train station was handy for travelling. Room was small but cheap. Room was clean, had AC, good water pressure, consistently hot water, and relatively quiet. Negative things are lumpy pillows, no fridge or kettle in the room, and very small room so twin beds had to be pushed together to fit. They had secure luggage storage and staff were friendly. Worth it for the location right there in the train station.

I have so so experience in Ibis hbf Dusseldorf. At check in time,the reception staff is no smiling,no warm welcome, at room the amenities nothing. In the morning when i pass the reception again no greeting and in breakfast time at restaurant no greeting,only ask room number. So so experience.
