1)the hotel is well located in Dusseldorf 2)staff in the late evening - very kind and helpfull but: 3)I have checked in on line, giving all my data- still the check in process , was as if I was arrivering from the street- the pre-check in doesn´t work 4)in the hotel - corridors etc there is a smell of "toilet" - that is not ok-.In the room no smell 5)Breakfast - basiccally ok , but there is room for improvements Best Regards Jørgen F. - stay from 9-10.Dec 2024

We paid 130 EUR per night for 2 nights in a standard room. The room was small, very loud with no fan or air conditioner. Only heating. The room was also not cleaned sufficiently as there was hair all over the bathroom upon arrival. No kettle or fridge. We were under the impression that breakfast was included as this is what it said upon booking, however upon arrival we were told we do not get breakfast. I have never left a bad review for any hotel however this was one of the worst experiences, especially for the price.

i stayed for 4 nights 02/12 to 06/12 the experience was pathetic. One the day of arrival i was allotted a room with a very unplesant smell from the toilet spread inside the room. They later changed the room. The next morning there was problem with supply of hot water, literally pressings the occupants to settle with lukewarm water. hot water supply restored after 2 days.

Helpful reception staff, good breakfast choice, only negative was a repetitive noise which woke us on the last morning - not sure where it was from. I know it's not usual for all Ibis hotels, but can we have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks?
