In terms of location this is inside the station so ideal for travel. And about a 15 minute walk into the town centre of Düsseldorf. The area outside is a bit dodgy with a lot of homeless people around who will hassle people for money - we saw a fair amount of police activity - someone was being restrained on the ground outside when we first arrived. Price wise it is reasonable and the room had a comfortable bed and decent shower. Simple but acceptable. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room. WiFi available. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store bags after checking out for no extra cost.

Of course, being in such a busy hub means the surroundings can feel crowded and noisy, but the convenience cancels this out. The rooms are functional and compact. They are clean and well‑maintained, but the furnishings are basic and the space is limited. Beds are comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, though not plush or luxurious. Bathrooms are small but practical, with the necessary amenities provided. The design is simple and utilitarian, which suits the 3‑star rating—nothing fancy, but reliable.
