This could be my worst stay in an Accor group hotel. The room door had no smoking sign on it but as soon as I entered the room, it smelled terribly of smoke. I had to keep the balcony door open for an hour when the weather was 3-4degrees. And the smell didn’t go away. The airconditioning didn’t go higher than 16-18degrees to heat the room. The toilet flush was dripping water and making sound. The shower head height adjuster did not work so it was stuck on lowest level. The room was right accross the elevator and when the corridor door is open, it was blocking the room number, it took me some time to find where the room was. I did not say anything about all these to the reception because I was staying only one night. But it was not good stay. And I chose the hotel because it supposed to be higher level comparing to Ibis.

I have decided this hotel because of position. But, later, I,understood that best point of this hotel is not the positon but the kindness of coworkers. I love them. They tried to satisfy me from eating to drinking and, Yes, they won. I got additional two kilograme within 4 days.

Really well located just a walk away from Konigstrasse & Altstad. Rooms are nice, simple but offer all you can expect and the bedding is top. Personnel is really kind & helpful. And ... an indoor parking with large spots What else ? Tx you

This hotel is on a great central location im Düsseldorf. Keep in mind that the AC is not functioning during the winter. If you are a cold sleeper than you must sleep with the noise window open. Sadly the room has no fridge for your midnight snacks and milk. Because i have a Gastric sleeve i need to eat at night.
