Pricing for breakfast is not clear

I stayed there with 4 other colleagues. They were charged 19 eur for breakfast, but I was for 24 eur, separating breakfast food and breakfast beverage. I don’t understand how it came, I cannot explain the difference to our company. My invoice number is 372197, please explain the reason. Also it would be helpful if you can reissue the invoice the accommodation and breakfast same together to 1 line total cost per night, or described in German.

But allow me to explain: If a guest books a rate without breakfast and then wants to use breakfast on site, he will pay EUR 24. However, if a guest books the business package including breakfast directly online, they pay EUR 19. The division into food and beverages is due to the currently applicable different VAT rates for food and drinks. Because of these, it is unfortunately not possible to subsequently combine the items. Despite the hotel and rooms being a little dated, I cannot commend the staff highly enough. From the Night Duty Receptionist to the Housekeeping staff who couldn't do enough. The General Manager also sorted a small problem which I had encountered during my stay. Top Class.

Kevin checked us in quickly and gave us the basics. Room on first floor, overlooking a small and well kept garden. What we felt immediately was the strong stale smell. We are two elderly men well in our 60s, we are not demanding at all, but needed a bathrobe each. Only one was provided. The second one arrived the third day. I do not like at all the form of "saving the planet " giving up housekeeping. You would say, "you don't change towels every day at home". But I'm not at home. I am paying 200 € per night, the minimum I demand is housekeeping, which, frankly speaking, was not outstanding. Plus Very quiet Bed was very comfortable (fortunately 2 split mattresses, which was perfect) Very wide, strong shower Many tv channels No go Stale smell Dirty and unhygienic carpeting Many night curtains (smelling) were broken (out of trail) No place in the bathroom to hook towels and bathrobes (a couple of hooks would do) No amenities at all in the bathroom Too little TV for the room size Breakfast was not exceptional, but of good quality and very nice, attentive staff. Very appreciated. To recap: I have been to much better Mercure hotels. My personal suggestion is to improve cleanness and not save on it. I can survive without the 100 points of "save the planet" option. I was not fully satisfied, but neither was I disappointed.

The reception are bar staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I always life to have a safety deposit box in the rooms. The bar prices were slightly expensive.
