This hotel has a convenient location near the train station. Our room was well-appointed, very clean, and we enjoyed a good rest every night. Excellent bar and breakfast!

We have stayed at the hotel for many years but now we find that the hotel is very tired and is in need of some modernisation. Breakfast and the service in the Apartment was not up to standard either.

Horrible stay. I paid for 3 nights and you credited only 2 nights to my All Accor account. I demand this fixed ASAP. CHECK the Invoice and see that I paid for the night of 23Apr as well. Even if I checked in the evening of 23 i already crossed the checkout time of 12:00 noon, and I believe you don't consider late checkout at 17:00!! If the 3rd night was not credited to my sccount I will demand the refuns of the paid amount of that night as mentioned in my invoice. Furthermore the room was a sauna, you should be ashamed keeping your guests enduring this. You should remove the wording "air conditioned" from the room description. Even if it is April, it is not acceptable nor healthy to keep your rooms with such poor ventilation. As you see in my history I stayed in your hotel for more tham 18 nights at least during 3 years. I really hope you fix the minot problems as you could be the best because of your amazing staff and location.

I am also sorry that you were unable to have a restful night. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. I assure you that we are currently consulting specialists to find a solution that will leave our guests completely satisfied. We hope to welcome you as our guest again.
