Great location near main train station and also old town. Requested a flat pillow and they were extremely helpful and gave me two different version. During breakfast also very friendly and supportive service!

The hotel couldn’t provide the slippers size 44-45, I got woman’s size, I couldn’t have a bathrobe size XL, I couldn’t get wifi with my laptop and reception persons didn’t help me with it, my issue was not resolved. No shoe brush in the room. There is no fridge in my room. I couldn’t store water and fresh fruits in cold place.

Always use this hotel when I stay in Dusseldorf. Its location close to the main railway station and only 15 minutes walk into the Altstadt makes it a great location for me. I always find the hotel staff very helpful and friendly and willing to go out of their way to make a stay good

Everything about the experience was subpar in comparison to other Mercure hotels in Germany. The reception was unprepared to answer tourist questions regarding the transportation strike and hence took a century to process my check-in. The reception asked for my information and ID despite that I had already done a electronic check-in. The room's laundry bag had trash inside. The hair dryer is basically a children's toy "made in China".

Rooms are outdated and not cleanest ones
