Overall a very pleasent stay, the room was small but had all the necessities, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean as well. The staff was very friendly during the entire stay.

I use this chain a lot, including in London and Southampton. We booked a suite. Included was a mini bar, we used the waters only, We stayed four nights, we got the waters replenished day 2, but not day 3, went to reception they gave us some, but it occurred again day 4, so no communication to resolve. I found the room a bit dark, not a lot of lighting in the lounge part. The carpets in the corridors were rather let’s say, “well used” and a bit threadbare. Staff at breakfast were nice, polite and approachable.Reception were polite but need follow through on any issues. I stay at various hotels regularly and anything from a 3 to 5 star, I felt this hotel wasn’t 4 star, barely 2 star in my view, it served a purpose. Nothing really bad, but let down, and didn’t deliver.

Staywd for 6 days water was only lukewarm at best for bath/shower. Informed reception nothing done

Great location and the staff were super friendly! The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the bed was super comfy and the room nice and quiet. The big downside was the water—the showers were freezing in my room and my friends' rooms too. It’s a shame because it would’ve been a 9/10 stay otherwise. Hopefully, they fix the plumbing!

we reserved 2 rooms for me , my wife and son. I wrote note when I make a reservation. My note is; if 2 rooms are connecting each other I confirm. If doesn't I made just 1 room. However 2 rooms are not connecting each other they cannot cancel my reservation in hotel. We have to stay with 2 rooms. After that one room radiator is not heating up. Also you dont have any technical person. Reception bring small heater fan for room. :( So valentine day is not as good as we think.
