Hotel was near the old city. 15 minute walk. Rooms were good only a bit warm. Breakfast was super they make fresh omelets, waffles, crepes on the spot. Only a clear discription for the parking garage.

Hotel was very basic and over charging in bar €23 for two glasses of house wine. Room 501 provided was very basic and had a very bad design of toilet and shower almost in the room. Bed was less than 1.5 meters from door and offered very little noise protection from hall. The bed was not a double but two singles pushed together with single quilts.

Over a five day stay, I had many opportunities to interact with your staff, and each interaction was a pleasure and all problems were solved. (The problems were related to transport, lost keys etc and not problems with the hotel). The room itself was small and I had trouble stepping into or out of the shower without kicking the sink or toilet

Very old room, especially the Birchwood Decor reminded me of the seventies. A slight scent of old cigarette smoke in the room. The carpet looked dirty. The drainage in the shower didn’t work and set the whole bathroom under water during a brief shower.

The room was tiny, cold. The bathroom was so small you could not seat ion the toilet seat.. I think I had the worst experience as a hotel guest.

Very bad experience. I was offered a single room which seem to be very outdated and it was also cold in the room. I asked for a change and I was offered another single room which was even smaller than the first one, so I've chosen to remain in the initial one. The curtains seem very dirty, there was dust in the bathroom which was not cleaned even after informing the front desk (they did clean the hair fibers which were on the bathroom floor but the dust was not cleaned).

Probably the bottom position of all Mecure Hotel I have stayed at. But with the highest daily rate. The hotel needs to be renovated. No upgrades, no smile at the reception, nothing extra.

I am not Mr. S., but Mrs. S. The room was dirty/very dirty The TV didn't work. Asking the reception if somebody could help, the first question was whether or not all the cables are in the TV set. This was not the case and I tried it myself. Finally I succeeded but I missed time from my film No black tea available

The hotel is located close to the train station and downtown (15-minute walk). The rooms are clean, well-taken care of, and the amenities are good. The WiFi is stable and fast. Breakfast was good, but a bit busy. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable.

The upgrade was amazing and staying in the Apartment House was fun. I was able to make full use of my place. The room was very quite. The only complaint was the rather full breakfast room at 7 am both days. Normally, at 7 am the breakfast room is quite empty.

I enjoyed my experience staying with you. I had a comfortable nights sleep and experienced efficient professional service from check in / out staff. As it was such a short trip and I had to depart very early I did not have time for breakfast and cannot therefore make comment of the restaurant.

Room was smelly. The A/C was not adjustable at all. Heater or aircon option does not make a difference to the room temperature. Fan speed 1 - 3 does not do anything too. Quite disappointed . pictures was not representative of the rooms.

Room was very tardy to start and was never cleaned during my stay. The bathroom mirror was dirty and the floor quite black with dirt. The carpets were dirty & stained. The curtains were stained with what looked like dried blood. The lighting was old and poor. There was a lump out of the desk in the corner. Bar service was poor on the first night as we had to wait at least 10 mins for someone to appear and breakfast was poorly laid out and I noticed unhelpful staff so I didn't bother asking anything. The price paid for this poor quality of accommodation was very high. I have stayed in many of your hotels before and this was the worst. When asked at reception on check out all I got was a empty "sorry" & why didn't you contact reception when I noticed my room wasn't cleaned. I returned to my room at 10:30pm tired from a long day and wasn't prepared to wait for someone to come and clean the room. What really annoyed me was that someone was in the room as a jar of nuts, a bottle of beer & leaflet to advertise a packaging fair was left in my room during the second day so it would have been noticed that it wasn't cleaned. Both of my colleagues had their rooms cleaned. Between us we spent nearly €1500 in this excuse for a hotel. Bar prices are very expensive. €64 for 4 gin and tonics??

Room looked that "old", and this "fully white" bathroom... (like in hospitals) + It smells the smoke, as if the previous customer had smoke in the room.
