Dear Adam, I am sorry that you were unable to have a restful night, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. I assure you that we are currently consulting specialists to find a solution that will leave our guests completely satisfied.
