well. this hotel does stand out. you just got to stay there to understand what I mean. it's really unique. the interior, room design and all the vibe are super. I really enjoyed the best hospitality experience ever. the rooms are so well designed, the beds are comfy, the gym is very nice. they even have Kevin Murphy hair care products in the rooms. and those are excellent. I am really happy I had a chance to stay there. the location is also great. 5 min walk from the main train station and a lot of restaurants, grocery store and laundromats nearby. highly recommend!

Lovely hotel feel and reception area. V.good staff. However, the beds are foam mattresses, which are unpleasent, moreover they are hard foam mattresses, even worse. My room was too dark, with insufficent lighting to enable me to function properly. I also suspect that the scrambled egg was made from powder..which if so, is really terrible.

Hello Tribe - I woke up at 2am shivering as it was so cold in the room (249). Staff had no solutions and basically were dismissive. My friends in another room had the same issue but they were given a space heater. Basically your eco system (+/- 3 degrees is useless when it gets too cold outside. As you know German Civil Code (BGB), under clauses 535, 536 BGB, accommodations must be fit for contractual use, free from defects and that a room that is unreasonably cold is legally considered a defect. In short, you must address this significant performance issue or potentially face considerable blowback. I for one believe that you are obligated to refund my money in full. Regards, Mark H.

Having to wake up cold at night and feeling that your concerns were not properly addressed is absolutely not the level of service we strive to provide. Please rest assured that we take this matter very seriously. Our team will inspect the heating system thoroughly to ensure that this issue is resolved and does not occur again in the future. Given that your room did not meet the expected standards, we will of course issue a 100% refund for your stay. This will be processed as quickly as possible. As the booking was unfortunately not made directly through us and had already been paid for in advance via Expedia, I will need to contact Expedia to arrange a refund. I will try to complete this process as quickly as possible. We genuinely regret that this situation negatively impacted your stay and hope that you might consider giving us another opportunity to welcome you back and provide the experience you should have had.
