I booked 2 night trip for new years eve which was supposed to include dinner. When I arrived at the hotel I asked what time was dinner was at and was only told then that restaurant was closed until 5th January, no apology from receptionist. I did not get an email to tell me beforehand which then meant I had to try and booked a restaurant for new years eve. Also the bar closed at 9pm despite the opening hours being advertised in a notice in the lifts and on a paper communication in my room as opening til Midnight. Last problem was on 1st January when we went down for breakfast at 7.30am only to be told that breakfast was not until 8am yet again breakfast was advertised from 7.30am on public holiday on the paper notice in the lifts and on a paper communication in my room. So we had no breakfast as we had to leave for a flight. Overall very disappointed with the service in your hotel.

Good location although the area around the station is not great. Hotel very clean modern and comfortable with staff who are extremely helpful polite and friendly making you feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent and worth the value for money Highly recommend

Came from New Zealand and this Hotel meet my expectations. It was a great sized (twin share extra) room. Beds were very comfortable and really good shower pressure. Very clean. We had breakfast one morning and it was good buffet style in a comfortable breakfast room. Staff where very helpful. Proximity to Central Station made for easy flat walking to the hotel. Water dispenser on each floor for both still and sparkling water is a good touch. Nice co working space if you need it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dusseldorf. Thanks for having us.

I booked Tribe for its location to the station which was great. Unfortunately it was quite a distance to Christmas Markets etc. I found the room dark due to lack of overhead lighting and colour choice. No phone to connect to reception became frustrating due to the number of times I had to visit reception in order to get another bath towel (only one left in room for 2 people on check in). Front desk staff were very approachable, but leaving requests with them which were not followed through not great. A completely different experience than staying in all other ACCOR Branded hotels over the years. Also still waiting for Accor Points to be credited, hopefully I will not have to follow up on these as well. Water fountain on each floor was a plus, and good initiative.
