The hotel is in a rather good condition, very close to the central train station, amazing breakfast. But they had to move me to a different room (after I unpacked - annoying!) due to not working a/c. It turned out to be a big smaller than the original one. Upon returning home, I’ve realised that I left one of my cosmetic products behind in the original room. So unfortunate that the housekeeping did not report it, while I was there. And now no one answers my email sent to hc… The one reading this, please contact me!

Really liked the location with hauptbahnhof being nearby. Nice reception area in the hotel. Room had a great mood to it and was nice being able to have a midday coffee. Shower had everything I needed but quite annoying how the water was getting out. Breakfast had great choices and liked the coffee machine's espresso. Dinner I had only on the first night and really set a nice mood for the rest of my stay. Concerns I had was why was the front door glass had a crack.. and with some people outside the hotel sitting there which did not look like guests made me a bit uncomfortable and some guy begging for food just outside of the hotel was also quite awkward. About the last receptionist told me it had to do with the station nearby which attracts quite a lot of these people and I kind of understand.
