Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Pillows were too soft and caused uncomfortable night’s sleep.

What an amazing experience. The hotel staff make all the difference. They are allow Friendly, helpful and go out of the way. The breakfast was also once of the best we have had in any part of the world

I stayed at your hotel from May 6th to the 11th (Rooms 309 and 334). I left the envelopes containing money in the safebox, the staff member, Thambo Le, enthusiastically helped me retrieve the money I had left behind. I’m very grateful, and I will stay at this hotel again in the future whenever I have the opportunity to visit in Düsseldorf.
