Friendly staff. Clean. Annoyed that instant coffee sachets was limited! Really, this is so penny wise pound foolish. I had to ask to have it replenished. I did not use the pods or much of the teabags or any sugar. Why not top up the coffee sachets to the maximum? Especially after l asked?

I arrived and waited for at least 10 minutes and no additional people to help check in. The process was very slow and I was the only other person. No acknowledgement of the wait, thank you for your patience, by the time I was done there was a line behind me.

The hotel and rooms are well appointed and convenient and reception staff extremely helpful. However, upon arrival my room was not as clean as would be expected. When I raised this with reception this was attended to immediately and there were no further concerns.
